(for those who dont want to be in the main mass of the bar) In the forum, you can post other threads that relate to the bar as a private thread to focus on one subject. For example, you want to talk to people while role playing being just in the pool, you can start a thread that focuses on that part of the bar.
think of is at, having the main bar for everyone at once (sticky thread), and then mini rooms for a group of people in the bar (normal threads)

1:No idea, wasnt my guild
2:Yes and No. It gives employees almost to much power over te guild, so Im going to make an aplication for those who want to be a manager (along with thier current job) and those will be labled as crew. To become a manager, there are alot of requierments.

1: Yes, there is, but becuse of some bugs on gaia or something, I cant put furniture in the house. Untill its ready, The location will not be announced.
