Some time ago I had stopped receiving letters from my Pupil, Mizeral. He had battled with Khur-ahm and had lost...but not before a new challenge was issued by Belezet. Mizeral's last letter told me to come to Emotica from Jurda-Avolonis, he wanted me to take over as Kodah to Belezet and perhaps gain some insight as to his own Mystery.That was in the last letter so I knew that it was over for Mizeral. I went to his home in Emotica and awaited Belezet's Return...and while I moved in I met Mizeral's neighbor, Miss Miko & Zetsumei - her EmoKat. I hope Belezet is well...for he is now mine to care for.

I started the moving in process today...and as I move into my Pupil's home, I had to crystalize the now dead Mizeral for Belezet to view before the funeral. Zetsumei burst in and saw me...I felt him enter my mind and his hard look softened until tears brimmed in his eyes.
"We were too late in saving him, weren't we?
All I could muster was a nod...I know that Mizeral, Belezet, Zetsumei, & Miss Miko were something close to being a family. I started to speak but I forgot that he got my name and who I was to Mizeral when he found out that Mizeral was dead.
I hope Belezet comes home soon, I am eager to meet him!

I walked around Emotica today to familiarize myself to this quaint town. I made note of Landmarks and even met with Miss Deb as Mizeral once called her...we talked over coffee and I was told that before Mizeral's demise he was planning to open a shop of his own here in Emotica! I didn't know if it was an Herbal Shop or if he'd gone back to his old ways about making money...I feel ashamed of that.
Miss Miko was out of town and Zetsumei was hanging out with me all day...until he became hungry. He wanted to go home and eat until I made a feast appear on the table. He ate and slept on my couch - Belezet has a true friend in Zetsumei, and Mizeral's Diary proves it!
I wonder when I'll see Belezet now...

Young Master Zetsumei went home to visit with his mother, Miss Miko. His added company was a bit of Proh-kaddah that I needed. Miss Miko doesn't seem to want to know what happened to my Pupil...nor does she like Zetsumei coming over...she wears these feelings on her like a suit of clothes. I don't blame her about her feelings...

I left a letter at Miss Miko's front door that was enchanted for her eyes only...I didn't want Zetsumei reading it before Miss Miko did. The letter read:
Dearest Neighbor, Miss Miko;
I know I may be frightning, Mizeral always thought so...but I am his Kodah - or his Teacher & Father. Mizeral died after a battle with Khur-ahm & I'm to take over for him in reguards of Belezet's Training and growth. Zetsumei told me about what had happenedbefore Mizeral's Death and how you and my Pupil were close friends.
I hope in time that you and I as well as Belezet & Zetsumei can be as close as Mizeral was with you and the EmoKats. I hope that you'll help me when I need the assistance with Belezet...I trust that he'll need his friends near him.

With the town in an uproar over new Council Members, I took this time to catch up on some Gardening & meeting new people...Miss Velio Fi lives over the Bookstore across from the park, Miss Violet lives over near the Grocery Store...next door to Miss Yoko, Miss Tartara lives near the Town Square, Miss Penguin lives on the outskirts of town (I passed her place coming into town), Miss Deb Lives in the Grand Mansion with Sir EmoKatz (Brother & Sister from what I'm told...), Miss Suessi Lives on the other side of the Park, Nurse Miko (she has Pink Hair!)...Lives at the Hospital with the Healer droids, Miss Amanda lives on the other side of Mizeral's House, and as I walk through town...there are empty Houses waiting to be filled!
I would like to have some more EmoKats to train and raise...but Belezet is my number one worry and concern! I wish he'd come home now...

I got a letter in the mail today...strangly enough it was addressed to me like that Potter Boy. I cautiously opened the letter and read the following:
Dearest Master Lycandis,
I am well aware that my Kodah is dead, I felt him ebb away like the tide. I know he is not at rest since you will permit me to view him once more upon my return...but that may be a while off yet.
You see, I am after Khur-ahm's Grifts and Glyphs so that he stays where he is now and doesn't hunt you or I. I am Selfless by nature so you should be thankful about me choosing to keep harm away from my home. I miss Zetsumei and I wish he could join me but he'd hinder the progress than help since he has not one clue as to what I'm looking for. Show him this letter - I know he misses me twice as much as I miss him.
I hope you are not only tending to the house but also the Garden as well...too many fond memories of the Garden. I hope Miss Miko is well too...I feel loss in her heart as well as you and Zetsumei. You were my Father's Kodah and you weep in your soul for the loss...like all those touched by HIS Light.
I shall be home soon...though I know I will not look like whatever photo you may possess.

Miss Miko and Zetsumei need to read that letter...I Had dropped it off in their mailbox before making a Sojourn to the park to perhaps catch Miss Veilo and little Miss Stella. I would love to share the potion I made for Stella to quiet her Cough...I hope it works.

My neighbor seems withdrawn...was she THAT close to Mizeral? I wonder if Miss Veilo would mind me trying to Cure Miss Stella of her coughs...Lord only knows that it must be driving her insane. Zetsumei came by earlier during Meditation and moped outside. He's waiting for the same one I'm waiting for - Belezet. I hope Miss Miko likes Jeeva-Spice Tea...I know I could use a bolt of it myself. Jae, my assistant, wrote me about the Northlands and how there is a loud rumble that is not natural...could that be the missing Ward?
I sent a letter of Invitation to Miss Veilo and Miss Miko for a Repast of tea & Cakes...I hope they accept.

As I came back from the Market, I saw a basket on my porch. Upon closer inspection I saw this:
And as I looked at this card, the bundle vibrated rather violently. I looked in and I saw this rather rapid moving bundle of...energy. He muttered rather rapidly in baby-speak. I fed him as soon as I knew he was hungry and it felt like old times when I would care for Mizeral. After feeding Zigmund, I laid him down and I cried. The loss truly hit me at that point...Mizeral was gone and I had to take care of what he left behind.
I miss Mizeral...even more so I vow to set things right!

So far I've received the RSVP from Miss Veilo about Tea & Cakes...and I noticed that she like myself received a new addition to the household. Zigmund is being rather cautious about the food I give himbut I make it in front of him and watch him watch me. I wouldn't know that he's suspicous without the aid of Zetsumei...I should've known sooner to call on his help with Zigmund.
I still have not heard if Miss Veilo wants to cure little Stella of her rather nasty cough...I have to check on that. Zigmund doesn't like Zetsumei much, but through him Zigmund's thoughts are put out in the open so I know when he's hungry or needs attention...Zetsumei is rather a trooper in that respect. Miss Miko's charge is helping me despite that Belezet's not here.
Perhaps I should take Zigmund to the park with some Tea & Cakes so Miss Veilo can be close to home when need takes her...

As I was getting myself & Zigmund ready to go to the park when the card I had for Belezet grew hot! I wrenched it from my vest pocket and I saw it change...
As soon as the card hit the floor, Belezet appeared! He picked up the card and and looked at me.
After he saw Mizeral he took Zigmund and popped somewhere. It was pandemonium from the start
More to come after I sort out this...mess.
Addendum
I made a Grave for Mizeral in his Garden while Miss Veilo was tending to the chaos that was Belezet's Telelocating, her own EmoKats fussing, Zetsumei running in and tackling both Belezet & Zigmund...and on and on and on.
Now I have my wish - Belezet has returned. Am I biting off more than I can chew?

After the Fiasco of introducing Belezet to me and Zigmund, My new charges has a sit-down with me and Zetsumei. And as we finished; Zigmund, Belezet, & Zetsumei finally began to trust me. Belezet and Zetsumei started having fun and Zigmund (who likes being called Ziggy)joined in the fun...when Zetsumei left for home Belezet & Ziggy kept the fun going...Ziggy was flying with Belezet and I was worried that they might crash into something.
I'm a little more at ease with everyonebeing at peace than the house being in a constant state of Chaos

I took Both Ziggy & Belezet to Jurda-Avolonis' Magi Festival yesterday. The whole prospect of the Council seeing Belezet was my main premise...but Ziggy didn't want to leave Belezet's side! On top of that Belezet didn't want to do any boring stuff...he wanted to have fun. So, we atteneded the Festival and Belezet met the Council...and everyone had fun. Ziggy fell asleep during the Khomari (Memorial Dance) of which Belezet danced for Mizeral.
The Council had spoken with Belezet and I...Mizeral's Grave will be moved here and a Memorial Stone will be erected in Emotica for him. Belezet gave me a hug and cried...he had held it in for so long. I also wept, he was being Honored as a Hero - both Belezet & Mizeral. At the Feast of Ages, all were silent when Belezet & I took our seats (Zigmund was sleeping soundly in the Nursery). As we ate the conversations were on Mizeral; the Charms he made, Children he scolded that grew up, even the women he befriended that married...all of them felt the loss of Jurda-Avolonis' Greatest Influence. Belezet, Ziggy, and I got home about 3 a.m. And while they went to bed, I stayed awake...thinking about Mizeral's Influence on everyone...I then dozed off and wokeup to breakfast in the study with a note:
Kodah,
We will handle the Garden and the other chores...you should rest.
...And thank you for the fun we had last night.

I guess Belezet is happier since the Council had talked with him...He seems ready to move on now...
