but do you know where jpj got the idea for black dog -can you name the song and artist

John Paul got the idea for Black Dog from a black dog that wandered around the recording studio. The title has nothing to actually do with the song.

Tell me if I'm right, I just read that somewhere.

It was in Headley Grange that they said there was a black dog that would always hang around there, and they had suspicions that the place was haunted.
