Alright. So, here's what we've got. I've got no plot ideas, so if anyone has got one, I'd accepting suggestions.
Lucius Malfoy - Seventh Year: Empress_Kat
Walden Macnair - Seventh Year
Antonin Dolohov - Sixth Year
Evan Rosier - Sixth Year: [Shadow.Elven-Mage}
Rodolphus Lestrange - Fourth Year: Finora Lupin
Bellatrix Black - Third Year: [Shadow.Elven-Mage}
Vincent Crabbe Sr. - Third Year
Gregory Goyle Sr. - Third Year
Peter Pettigrew - Second Year
Severus Snape - Second Year
Avery - Second Year
Regulus Black - First Year: Finora Lupin
Rabastan Lestrange - First Year: Finora Lupin

And I'd say no more than three original characters. Sound good? So, let's try to keep it literate and as active as possible. Please state which character you'd like to play, and if you want an original character, have a bio ready with name, age, appearance, personality, etc. I reserve the right to refuse any original characters who I deem unacceptable.
Any other canon characters you want are fine, although please try to stick to the Death Eaters, Marauders have a separate thread.
So, go to it.

Alright! We're going to restart this one, I think, from the ground up. And if possible, it'd be nice if it didn't take as long as the Marauder one did to get running.
I shall play Lucius. And we've got Rosier and Regulus going on. So... okay.

I say we start at Hogwarts for this one - the train journey just doesn't seem as necessary in a DE roleplay than it does with the MWPP one.
The only problem I'm seeing here is with ages. Lucius Malfoy is 6 years older (at least) than the Marauders and their contemporaries (Snape and so on); Regulus is a few years younger; Bella and Rodolphus are probably about Lucius' age, as is Narcissa (who I notice isn't on the list). Dolohov and Macnair (as well as Rookwood, who is also not on this list) would be quite a bit older than even Lucius. In other words, there's really no way we could have them all at Hogwarts at the same time.
But if we're not strictly following canon, then I suppose...yeah, it works (just).

Well, we'll somehow work around it. I mean, it doesn't really specify how much younger Regulus is than Sirius, so Regulus could be in first year, Severus in second and then we'll just make everyone else in their seventh year. ^^;

Lucius wondered what the world was coming to. Aristocrats with blood as pure as his should not be reduced to babysitting first years. But nonetheless, here he was. Third day of school, and he was supposed to take several first years out to the Forest to supervise detention. Salazar knows what the brats had done to deserve it, but Lucius himself had done nothing, besides being clever enough to become Head Boy.
Scowling, he gestured for the boys to hurry up, and hoped that this would be over soon.

((Could I also be Rabastan? He'll be a fellow first year. ^^ Because technically, Rodolphus attending Hogwarts with Snape, and was supposed to be in Severus' little band of evil Slytherins. And, since Rabastan is the younger brother, he could possibly be the same age as Regulus.))
Trailing behind the older boy, his arms crossed furiously over chest, the youngest Black child was practically beside himself in anger. He had done nothing to deserve this punishment! All he had done was tell a lamebrain Hufflepuff the how stupid they were during Defence Against the Dark Arts. He had been telling the truth, and this is what he gets? Detention in the Forbidden Forest? The world was completely against him. Well, at least, Dumbledore was against him. The moronic, Gryffindor favouring schmuck. Oh, and Sirius. Sirius didn't like him at all. But, that's was ok. Regulus didn't exactly care for his older brother anyway.
"This is absurd." Regulus grumbled. "How far are we going in to the Forbidden Forest, anyway? I mean, we're not going too far, are we? There are... monsters in there. Vampires, werewolves and the like."
He hated to admit that it was Sirius that told him about the monsters in the Forbidden Forest. Regulus almost didn't believe him about it. Almost. But, why would Sirius warn him about something so serious? It was life-threatening. The bullheaded jerk wouldn't make up stories if it could cost his little brother his life... would he?

Evan Rosier watched from the Entrance Hall as Lucius Malfoy, Head Boy Extraordinaire (or so anyone who had ever spoken to him would believe), led a group of recalcitrant first-year students into the Forbidden Forest.
"Well," he said to himself, "their ideas are right, they just need help with the...execution."
Rosier approved of pure-blood prejudice in most of its many forms, but he also believed in the need for subtlety. If the Slytherin first-years were going to live up to the Slytherin name, they were going to need a little expert tutelage.
((If you're going to be Rabastan as well as Rodolphus, can I be Bellatrix?))
