pick one character in the poll and explain why he/she is the stongest ofthem all........something to for me to pass the time.... i dont know the main characters in FF 4,5 and 6...sorry

Vive could kick her butt no Ferya as well could have beat her down Hey if Vincent and Auron weren't on there she would have my vote, her Shockwave Pulsar breaks the damage limit, and she is easily my favorite female character in the series from 7 up.

for me its Cloud hehehehe..... not because he defeated sephiroth...... he cool for me and he can do the omnislash and he has a lot of swords hehehehe

Grab Squall's ultimate weapon and use his limit with LionHeart he does the most damage out of any character ever!

And yet again Red XIII/Nanaki is left out of the vote sad
...but I never cared for him as a damage dealer, He just looked awesome...
But then again, the problems with FFVII and FFVIII that I know is theres little individuality between characters w/o going into individual stats and limits.
The fact you can customize the characters how you like makes you determine their individuality. Although FFX wasn't much different in the long run, at the start it makes great individuality.
IE: FFVII You can give any materia into anybody's weapon and copy it to others maybe even intentionally.
FFVIII you basically WANT everybody to have the same things put on their stats, esp in the status and elemental defenses, which means little variation in the magic menu.
FFX you start out with individuality, Lulu starts out Blackmage, Yuna Summoner/Whitemage, Tidus some kinda wierd Paladin (all the white magics and all), etc. But after a while you're forced to mix into character styles (my friend and I, if we can get flash software or something, wanna do an animation about what would happen if Yuna should go into Auron's section of the Sphere Grid... don't steal the idea.... YUNA SMASH!!!)
So I would have to say that, the most powerful character in my opinion is...
Kain from FFIV, the classic Dragoon!
His Jump will (pardon my leet) pwn you! mrgreen
NOTE: pwn is my word, it is the only leet word I use because it has a nice ring to it when you utterly defeat a monster or something. (Yes I actually SAY it.) I do not mean any disrespect by it.

Is there any reason Vincent's last name is added to the poll? As far as I know he's the only Vincent in the series...
Hmm maybe his name is just too awesome to not have it fully there cool
