i cant seem to beat rai and fu in lunatic pandora...
heres what i have.((sorry i dont have the game on me at the moment))
GFs:carbuncle,shiva,ifrit,alexander,diablos,quezacotl,pandamonea, siren.
Party:zell and rinoa
extra:squall knowes recover.
help anyone!!!???

Cast "Blind" on Raijin, as he prefers physical attacks, and use Renzokuken on him. As for Fujin, she prefers magic. Caste "Dispell" when she uses things such as "Haste". Diablos is good for the battle as well. Also, if you can find a "Holy War" or "Holy-War-Trial" it would help immensely. Hope this helps!

Put Wind and lightning in your elm-defense junction and blind raijin. Also try to put a girl in your party as raijin won't hit girls.

Make one of your characters a medic, also cast reflect on Fujin and Rajin because Fujin spends alot of time casting support magic on yourself and her partner. Diablo can also inflict major damage if he is on a high level, I hope I helped smile

If you cast aura on a character or keep one of them at low health you can use your limit breaks.Limit breaks are much more useful in FF8 than inany other Final Fantasy.

Also try to put a girl in your party as raijin won't hit girls. i knew he wont hit girls any way if you use carbuncle magic on yourself is useless what if you cast reflect on the enemy you can use cure magic because reflect wont reflect a reflection woa mouthfull burning_eyes

k...Do you have the Aura, Pain, meltdown, and the protection (such as shell, reflect, and protect, and triple) spells? If you don't have all of these... it's a bit harder to beat them... (Pain, and Meltdown not nessesary)
Personally..I don't use GF's... but I still junction them... Anyways... I junctioned Pain to Status-atk, Lightning and Wind junctioned to Elem-D...
Start by casting your Buff spell (Triple/Double, Protect, Shell, then end with Aura). Then Cast Meltdown on both... If you have a magic user, stay away from wind and lightning (duh)... and physically pummel them... If Fujin uses Sai (HP=1) Have him limit break as much as possible (unless it's the healer/mage). Take Fuijin out first (I always have - She has the magic), and then Raijin. Keep the health up of your party (unless Sai-ed), and it should be easy sailing from there.

they are very easy, use auto-shell for Raijin, DO NOT use Quetzacoatl or thunder based magic on him. Raijin should fall easy if u have Ultima or strong magics such as break, pain, meteor ect. junctioned in your Strength. After Raijin is done, you can use everything you got on Fujin.

First off: These two bosses were modeled after mythology! There are elements that MUST be avoided at ALL COSTS! Do not! use Quezacotl or Pandemona during this fight. =/ Raijin absorbs lightning, and Fujin absorbs wind.
If at all possible, get a girl into your party. =/ Raijin's a gentleman, and won't hit them. Cast blind on him.
Faux Pas: I once tried to cast silence on Fujin...And it works...Except for the fact that she still casts magic. Being as she is the Wind elemental, try to junction your defense for lightning and wind.
Fujin has this nifty nasty attack that brings you down to 1 hp. If you've got any Hero, now is a time to use one. Cast it on one of your party AFTER she uses Sai. Cuz then you can just Limit Break the crap out of them. =)
Smooth fight from there on.

But what level are you at? At level 100 ( also GF ) they go down pretty easily. Apart from this, recover was really useful for me in this fight.
