Ever notice we only have a few active people? I can count less than 10...and yet we have 5 pages of members! I say we send out warnings to those that never post that if they don't become active they will be banned twisted I mean surely we should be more active than this?

As much as I beleive that we should see more of these members, there is no rule written stateing that they must post to be in this guild within any length of time, unless I've over looked something. Yes I'd appriciate a note stateing they no longer want to be in the guild. However people are not always so acomadateing.

some people must be contacted first about the guild...say message them if they still want to be in the guild and the reason why- they aren't being active so unless they plan to be I'd like a reason...

What's your cut off for inactive? a week, a month two months? you have to be reasonable.

Probably a month unless told why they are being gone for so long...a week is to small because if their computer dies it can take awhile before they are able to get back on. A month gives them time to get to a computer in a library or something...
