The countryside of ChangZhou

Writing as he walks, poems of the mountains, trees, clouds and sky. The sun, the birds and other animals that fly. Songs of the wind and the chimes that sing for it. It is truely a wonderful day.

Liang stops at a nearby shop, outside two older men are playing GO. Stopping by and watching the men play, the men smile as they squawk; "Care for a game young one? How about a gamble to make it more intresting."
"I am but a humble servant of the land my good sir, I have not much to wager." replies the smooth Liang. "Since you have no money how about that fancy feather duster of yours?? It's embedded with a jewel I see, you can't be all that poor."
"This warfan was that of my fathers, I accept your challenge but what do you place in your sted?" Liang chats as he sits in the opposing man's place.
" I'll place all my 7,000 mon. This will be easy, you children are quite cocky these days, that peice will make a fine trade for women."

2 minutes later

"1 and 3, I believe for today, one and three equals 7,000 mon."
"WHHHAAATTT?!?!?! Impossible!!! How?? Who do you think you are fooling!!!!??? You are but a child yet you play like a dragon!"
"I am a tactician sir, you've left to many of your pieces open. My eyes see and my ears hear, the cries of the peices and where they shall go."
"You're crazy, I see just as well as you...."
"You see but you do not study," Interupts Liang. "Your pieces are like your family, you must care for them and place carefully instead of blindly attacking your opponent, this may dis-courage any other player, but men like me will see through your ploy. Now please 7,000 mon. I must be on my way."

The dumbfounded man reluctantly handed the small bag over to Liang, staring at the playing field, gazing and wondering how such a young man, won against someone who's family......invented the game.

So starts the stories, of the travelling Dragon. These men, passed to other men, and it reached to other towns of a dragon sleeping in human form.
As Zhuge Liang, just smiles and walks by, he hums to himself. The song and story of the land known as China.

Zhuge Jin was proud of his younger brother, very proud at what he could do. He couldn't be proud of anyone more smart and cunning than that of Zhuge Liang. After Zhuge Liang defeated another person in a game.

"You know," Jin said with a smile as Liang passed him. "You shouldn't wager fathers fan like that. Who knows, one day someone might beat you."
