Here are the rules
Theme: Monster! It can be scary, it can be cute, it can be weird, but they have to look like a monster of some sort. Add a tail or ears to it, or even make it a robot, or some sort of mutant. I don't care as long as it is without a doubt that it is a monster and not human.
Voting process: if you care to read it, doesn't matter but it will be always here
Each voting process duration is one week, that means you have a week to submit a vote before it is closed
First the vote is divided into two polls, one holds the first 10 people, the top 5 from that vote moves on finals
Second vote is for the next 10 people, and the top 5 from that moves on to the finals
Third and last vote is for the finalist, and the prizes would go to the top 3 winners.
In matters of multiple ties for a certain placing, there will be tie breaker votes and these would last only for 3 days, to save time that is
So lets say we have 4 people tied for 3rd place and 2 people tied for first.
So it looks like this
Now there would be a tie breaker with the people tied for first, loser of that drops to second automatically, of course since it has more votes then the second place holder it will win the second place prize without a tie breaker.
This also means the second placed person is now winning the 3rd place prize, and the ties for 3rd place would not matter at all. Same logic, because he still holds more original votes.
So lets say we hold the tie breaker for Mr and Ms Avy, and Ms Avy wins
the final results would be then

there will be a limited sitting of 20 people
