Well, basically I slept with my best friend who is a girl. It happened last weekend when my parents were away, she came over because she just split up with her boyfriend and needed someont to talk to so I said she could come over and stay, so she did. well we had dinner and we were sat in the garden, then went into the house and sat on the floor in the living room, and we started to kiss then we madeout and ended up having sex, so now every time I see her she smiles at me but never speaks to me even when I call her.
What went wrong and what can I do????
Really need help.

It sounds like she's just confused about the whole deal. Maby she thinks that you thought it was a one time thing. So she is confused about what that make's you two, relationship wise. It's not like she's totyally cutting you off, like some people do. Try talking to her, at first just simple everyday talk. Maby when your comfertable talk to her about those more 'touchy' matters.

Don't try to push anything. Keep a respectable distance, but stay in touch. Keep your friendship alive. When you two start speaking more frequently again, you should talk about what happened and sort out the facts and feelings from it. But, don't force her into talking about it. That would probably make her hostile.
