i went to the park the other day with a few of my best buddies. we were sitting on a park bench laughing at a youtube thing that i was playing on my laptop. and THEN...SOMEGODDAMN ******** KID grabs my laptop outta my lap and fricking DROP KICKS IT across the basketball field. i sit there for a few good 30 seconds wondering what the ******** happened. then i run after him and catch up to him after he stops near some dude person guy. apparently the guy's his dad so i tell the dad what happened and what his scream after a few more heated minutes of arguing, the devilchild's MOM shows up. and apparently she has some sense. she apologized, made the kid and dad apologize and then she wrote me a check for a new lappy. *sigh* anger vented. but i still can't replace all the stuff i had on that lappy. mad gotta pirate music and porn stuff all over again. mad heres a pic of what lappy looks like now:

O_O...ZOMFG...poor lappy!!! crying It looks seriously damaged...
And technically, it is the kid's fault, because he didn't ask you for permission or anything, but just grabbed it. That's violating stuff there...I don't know if you call them rights or not, but you get the point...and the kid had no right for damaging it, after all, I assume you don't know him and he doesn't know you, hence, no reason for him to do that.
The dad was wrong too, I mean, you have a right to bring your laptop where ever you want to, since it's yours...just because you brought it to the park, doesn't mean some random kid can just waltz up to you and start damaging it for god knows what reason...besides, you were near it and using it the whole time, you didn't leave it unattended, right?? So, basically, this whole thing was the kid's fault, and I think his dad needs to have some sense knocked back into him...
But I'm glad that the mom gave you a check for a new one ^^
Good luck with that!!

Good luck with that!! at least someone agrees with me. i usually have a lot of patience when i deal with assholes like that but i was really close to screaming my lungs out in his face... stressed in a way tho it's a good thing. my lappy was old and when you turned it upsidedown 6 keys fall out. xd i was meaning to get a new lappy anyway sometime soon. but i'm still mad that the fricking kid just BROKE it. i was gonna give it to my friend ho didn't have one. sad oh well.
