i just started laying samus, and was wondering can any1 give me a thorough explanation on how to do a double missle cancel, and how to do the super wavedash ???

Your best bet is to look around smashboards.com
I don't know much about advanced Samus Techs.
Double Missle cancelling involves laying a bomb, short hopping/jumping -> fire a missle -> cancelled by the bomb -> fire another missle.
SuperWavedash: Lay a bomb, hold the stick in one direction, then just before Samus opens up from the morph ball, smash the stick the other way. I can't do it consistently though, you've got to flick it on the correct frame (Roughly 42 or 43) of the morph ball animation.
