Appearance: Ania wears a cold scowl, her attire consists of a long red dress with a white corset over it, and gold embeleshings(sp?) that she wears only when she is on land. On the sea she wears back pants tied off at her legs, and a billowy white shirt, her ears are pierce with large hoops and skulls that dangle between the hoops. She has several bangles on her arms, and she sometimes wears a bandana when she loses her hat to the sea. She has eyes as blue as the sea that turn to a grey in her anger like a storm, her hair is long and golden with slight waves to it which she sometimes ties up. Her height is average, and she is thin which makes it easy to evade enemies.
Personality: Ania has always had a chip on her shoulder, she tries to show no weakness to her enemies or even her crew. She tries to be strong always looking out to the sea with a longing. She smiles sometimes in a cruel way at her enemies, and sometimes just to laugh at her own fears.
History: Ania's heart has always pulled her towards the sea. She was raised in Firest, she was the twin of her brother Aerick. And so her father was more interested in the boy, he left her mother for the sea when Ania was six, taking Aerick with him, sometimes writing and sometimes sending gifts. Ania always wished as a little girl that she could have her father's love like Aerick did, but he rarely even mentioned her in his letters. When she got older instead of his love she wanted his respect, she wanted revenge for the pain he gave her. She always played with the boys in their island and learned many things from them. She set off to become a pirate before any of them against her mother's wishes. She had bought a ship, and for six years she worked hard to convince men to work under her as her crew, and she gained much respect. But still not enough. Or her sixth year she had taken over Cie which wasn't very hard. Though Ruling Cie is just a title, since no one listens. Though she does send crates of food every month to her land to find them gone the next day, hoping that they realize she's a strong leader.
Other: Ania owns a dog that looks like part huskey and part Newfinland, and also part worl. It's hair is long and mangy, and always has a bit of blood dripping off it's fangs, it's name is Cerei.

Appearance: Aerick has dingy blonde hair, that he keeps tied back with a leather string, his eyes are a lonely blue. He wears black pants tied off at the bottom, and a white longsleeve shirt that billows, the shirt has a v-neck thing that is tied together. He has a belt that has a flask attatched to it. He's tanned from the long times at sea, around his neck is a circular locket, inside is a picture of his mother, and his sister when she was young. It's the only thing he has of them.
Personality: Aerick is somewhat forgiving, though he's quiet and keeps mostly to himself, unless of course drunk. He always seems lost or like he's missing something. He keeps his eyes out to the sea looking for his family, wishing to see them once more. He loves little trinkets and he collects them. He would fight to the death if ever his locket is stolen. Often though he'll find himself drunk seeing as you can't grow up in Opide and not have such a thing happen.
History: Aerick was raised for six years in Firest, his father often took him out to sea, not letting him see his mother or sister very often. When he turned six his father took him out to sea, and he was left on Opide when his father got into a drunken fight and thrown off the island and back to his ship, it seems that his father had forgoten his only son and left for the seas once more. So Aerick had to grow up for the next 12 years on that Godforsaken island. This made his life a bit hard and made him drawn to the sea and alcohal.

Appearance:Darkskinned, long black hair that's braided like
this. Sometimes she will braid it all together, or put wooden beads over the braids, but she never takes them out. She usually has a kerchief tied over her head, and doesn't wear a hat. She dresses very normally for her position; when she is above deck: usually a shift, tunic, two belts, (holster + knife scabbards attached to them) britches with long songs underneath, fitted leather boots. (Think
kindof like
Anamaria of PotC) She also wears lots of jewelry; very little gold. Mostly silver, colored wooden beads, and bones. When she's below deck: long apron, shift that reaches her ankles, one belt and a single knife.
Personality: Azikiwe is a boisterous personality; that's the only reason she has reached the position she has. She's prone to loud argument and physical brawls when she gets angry. She's very stubborn, and will not admit if she's wrong; however, she is very respectful of her captain, and is incredibly loyal. However, she is easily enflamed, so she is kind of coined as a hot-head.
History: Azikiwe was kidnapped and sold into slavery after living on a small island off the coast of Masidon that was populated with ethic peoples. Placed as a scullery maid and cleaning woman upon a different ship at the age of 7, she was forced to work virtual 24 hour days with no pay. She was originally very subdued and dainty, but after 3 years aboard the ship she was assaulted by the captain as she cleaned his study. That caused her to lose it. She killed him, and was thrown off the ship by the crew, sent in a tiny dinghy to die at sea. But she was rescued by a captain from Gailum. He taught her to read, and set her not only as a scullery maid, but as a part-time deckhand. There she learned the way of the pirate, becoming more and more fiery. After 3 more years, she bid a solemn farewell to the benevolent captain from Gailum, and set off to find another ship. From ship to ship she became more and more hardened, crafty, and roguish. Once when she was 15 she disguised herself as a boy and signed on as a full time deckhand. This allowed her free reign in the normal territory of men. After living from ship to ship for short periods of time, and being thrown off most of them, at the age of 17 she was picked up by The Blind Heart. She was originally disguising herself as a male, but was discovered by another deckhand. Captain Rose, being a reasonable pirate, saw that Azikiwe was fiesty, and took her in as a part-time maid and worker. Now she does odd jobs around the ship and helps the crew, mends, cleans, and occasionally raids with them.
She is a bold fighter - armed with several hidden knife sheaths on top of her external weapons, she is very swift. Azikiwe is also an accomplished thief, pick-pocket and disguise master, so the captain uses her for such needs.
Other: She is not one to dress up in a fancy frock, but Azikiwe is not a tomboy in all senses of the word. She occasionally will wear things that Captain Rose has her try on, and she cleans up very well. When her appearance is more feminine, her personality seems to soften, though no one can really comprehend why.
