Well..its still a fanbase topic..
So there :p
Here yo can disscuss your favorite pairing! And its not limited to straight, gay, strange, or anything. That's because its YOUR favorite. And you don't have to appeal to anyone.

I like Demyx/Axel...But thats just because of this roleplay...x_x
Sadly enogh..I've grown uber accostumed to the pairing..and I really like it..they just fit together...like a sadly misshaped jigsaw puzzle containing only two pieces -that means no room for you Roxas!-
If I didn't hate Kairi [and her stupidity and her infernal giggling] I'd think that Sora and Kairi would make a cute cople..but I don't really see them together..its weird I know...

Actually...I don't think I hate many. I hate some, because they are creepy and have no chance, but hey, people get bored...or really think they should be together. Honestly, I don't have one favorite. Although one I thought of just recently would include modifications to Maleficent. I bet she was purdy before going into darkness, and Xehanort was good at one time! So...In a WICKED sort of pair... MaleficentxXehanort.

Since I absolutely detest almost every female in the games, especially Kairi and Namine, I find my favorite pairing is forced to be yaoi. Not that I'm complaining.
Of course, it's Axel and Roxas. Aesthetically it's appealing because of the contrast in their body types and supposed ages - Axel being a little older and mature, Roxas being young and at that age where boys tend to be very attractive in a girly sort of way. I also have a thing for redheads and blondes. So kill me.
Other than that, I love the idea of caring about someone so much and not having them even remember faintly what they meant to you. It's so tragic, and I have a bit of a soft spot for tragedy and drama.
I also like Riku and Sora, but they're not my favorite. I can see them together, and they look great, and their personalities would compliment each other, but I know it can't happen. Stupid, stupid Kairi...

I was expecting Riku and Sora to hold hands and watch the sun set at the end. *sigh* But it never happened.

Stupid is just a polite way to express my feelings of dislike for Kairi.
I utterly despise the helpless female character. I feel like, if you're going to rely on some boy to save you your whole life, you might as well jump off a bridge. -_-; Maybe that was harsh, but you need to take care of yourself at some point.
That...and I'm terribly jealous. *wants to be alone on an island with Riku and Sora* Shameful vices... sweatdrop

You guys are mean to Kairi. It's not her fault Riku gave her a girly keyblade. The giggling...I got used to it. And blame the forgetting Sora part on Namine. She's the one who changed Sora's memories. And the only way he could get them back to normal was to have everyone forget him.

It's not her femininity that bothers me, it's her utter lack of original personality. If you got all the main character females in anime, tossed them in a room, then threw a rock, there's a good chance you'd hit someone just like Kairi. Unoriginality is bad. sad

I think my overal favorite pairing is Zack [FFVII] and Cloud.
Though I feel really bad for Cloud..
The True story See Cloud joined as a soilder, we all know this. But what most people don't remeber is that Zack was originally dateing Aeris. Then he joined p with Shin-ra and became good friends with Cloud. Sephiroth, as we all know, was Cloud's hero. At least until Cloud found him going crazy in Nelbehiem. Zack fought him, but it was Cloud's final blow that killed Sephiroth. Then hojo came in. And turns them both into test subjects. Zack figures out an escape plan, and he and Cloud are attack by Turks while escapeing the lab. Finally on their way to the big city Midgar, Zack is shot to death. Cloud promises to live out his life for the both of them... Later he meets Aeris. And yes they do fall in love. [[Sadly enough, if you wanna know somthing, Tifa and Barrett raised Marlene as 'their' child. So technically Tifa is not Cloud's.]] Anyways.. Later Sephiroth kills Aeris. [[AH ZOMBEH]] And they enevitably kill Sephiroth again. Then we go to AC, and we have to kill Sephiroth AGAIN. And Cloud gets shot. He dies, and both Aeris and Zack REJECT him from entering the promised land.
or the simple version of this story:
-Friend dates girlfriend
-Cloud finds hero
-Cloud finds friend
-Hero is jerk, Cloud stabbities him
-Friend dies
-Finds girl friend
-falls in love
-girlfriend dies
-hero dies again
-and again
-then Cloud gets killed
-Both Girlfriend and boy friend reject him from the promised land...
