For example, Someone could say, 'I wish I had 5 bucks" and someone else would say something like, "You get the five bucks, but a mountain goat comes and eats ur pants, then ur 5 bucks." Something to mess it up. Then the wish themselves.
I'll start.
I wish I had a Mountain Dew.

You get a mountian dew, but wild mangos shall rain from the heavens pounding you to nothing.
The Dew is fine though.

You get a hard shell pack, it's a magical metal. Makes it light and tough. But it is storming outside and a lighting bold goes stright for the hard shell.
You are now a crisp and the hard shell sits on the ground. A tree falls on the hard shell and it breaks.

You get a decent outfit, but it turns out to be too small when you go to put it on because it shrunk. (up to you to decide how XD)
