Before the gate to the Demon World was closed, Darkness ruled the earth. What historians say is a lie. It might've seemed that Light and Dark were at war with each other but how is that possible if the portal is closed today and the forces of Light and Dark are still fighting today. 50 Years have passed since Dante and Vergil, the last known remaining Devils, have died and the portal isopening once more. Dante's son, Sparda, who was named for Dante's father, is the last Devil but doesn't have enough Devil Power to be noticed as a Devil. Sparda and his father's sword and guns are the only thing left to protect humanity...or is he?

Suddenly a stranger spoke behind him.
"So, you're going to brave the world of darkness. you may be strong, but let's face it, you can't win by yourself, you're gonna need someone to cover your a**. well I think I can help. I was banished, but I want back, and I'm gonna get in, one way or another."

"We have company."

Sparda draws Rebellion and rushes toward the portal, but the outward pour of evil energy forces him back.
"Damn! I can't get though!"

Kiera stood on a ledge overlooking the portal to the demon realm. "I will kill them all." She said to herself determined. She then heard gunshots going off down below her, near the portal. "Looks like I'm not the only one thinking of entering today." She jumped off the ledge and landed in the center of the commotion. Drawing her powerful handguns, Kiera channled some of her demon energy through them and unleashed it upon the horde of devils.

Kiera glanced at the vampire, "I don't need you to tell me to keep my eyes on the devils." She said coldly. A larger group of demons were approaching rapidly in her direction. With a wicked smile that showed her twisted amusment of the fact that they were all running to their deaths, she holstered her handguns and cracked out her whip. The weapon was a relic from ancient times. It was said to be blessed by the high serephs of the angelic realm and could cut through anything at the whim of it's user. She raised it high overhead as it began to circle around in the air. With the slightest of ease, she brought it down with a loud crack that sounded like a clap of thunder. It hit the unexpecting demons headon. A sudden cloud of dust erupted from the horde that covered everything. When it cleared, there was no trace left of them, they had turned to sand and were blown away with the wind.
With a swift movement, she coiled her whip and placed it back on her belt. She turned around and saw the two men standing infront of the portal. "Move aside, I must get through that portal!" she demanded.

"Hold on, you three," said a voice. "You might be needing another person to help." Suddenly, the figure jumps out of nowhere and lands in front of the trio.
"My name is Lupis. May I be of any service to you?"
