ShikaIno is for the best because...
If they get together then Sasuke and Sakura will finally have some peace and get together since Ino stopped liking Sasuke. Naruto who likes Sakura will realize that their love is for naught and will realize Hinata's feelings and they will become a couple! And for all you GaaraxLee fans...Lee who likes Sakura too will realize that his love is also for naught and will fall for Gaara! And Temari who loves Shika will have....um???....Kankuro, Kiba, Shino, or Chouji?! sweatdrop
EDIT: Neji & Tenten will work out anyways so I didn't put them there. ^^
See how much good comes out of their love?

I think it'll work both ways, because if Ino gets Shikamaru, then Sakura gets Sasuke, NejiTen is gonna happen anyways, I think, Lee gets Gaara, and Naruto gets Hinata. o-o
If Temari gets Shika, Ino gets Sai (which is the one push that makes me like ShikaTema more. X_X), the Sakura gets Sasuke, and so on. o-o
