3006 A.D. Earth Standard
1000 years in the future of Earth, the 7th World War has finally finished, but there are still signs of the war everywhere. Biological weapons of the war are still alive, posing as normal humans, trying to live their lives as average citizens. Some remember what they were made into, some do not. The world has finally taken her first break from fighting. The world leaders have signed a peace treaty stating that as long as there was, as General Tomas Del Luci stated, "A sun in the sky and hope in our hearts." there would be peace. The average life span has now skyrocketed to over 200 years. There have also been signs of planets outside Earth's solar system that are inhabited by extraterrestrial beings. these planets, found in what is called the "Second Solar System", code-named the SSS. Some of these planets have already been explored. The ones with life found on them have become part of an "Interplanetary Committee". This committee was created in order for interplanetary peace to be kept and help to be given as needed.

...This was 20 years ago.

3026 A.D (present time)
There has been a report of a secret rebel organization known only as the Beta System Liberation Orgnization, or BSLO. Not much is known about them, but some of the races, taking an extra precaution, have been secretly abducting the bioweapons created from the 7th World War and taking their genes and bio-engineering totally new species. These species, known only as the 'Unseen ones', live with their human or alien parents based on their features. They have been brainwashed, as have their parents, to know nothing of what will happen. But, some of these mixed breeds have been showing signs of rapid changes in their strength and other things, exhibiting abilities unlike any seen before. This has been done as a precaution to make sure that the rebels will be squashed out in the event of an uprising. Though they do not know it yet, some of the 'Unseen Ones' have become part of BSLO.

ALIENS:

Navescitas:

Humanoid, average build (as compared to humans) are kind of lean yet still muscular. Their skin is pure white, though some have ritualistic black tattoos. They have no mouth and their entire face is dominated by a set of large almond shaped black eyes. They have two small round holes for nostrils in the center of their face between their eyes. Other small holes, similar to the nostrils, are arrayed symetrically throughout their entire chest and upper arms. They use these small holes to absorb latent kinetic energy into their bodies. The kinetic energy that they absorb can come from virtually anything so long as it has the potential to do something; i.e. a tree, a river, a machine, or another living being. They can absorb the energy from a short range though the closer their proximity to whatever they are absobing from the more the more expediant they can absorb it and the greater the amount. Since they have no mouths they have developed a genetic telepathy.

Onnesians:

Long sinuous creatures, they are slender almost all lean muscle and bone. They are roughly 7-10 feet long counting their tail. When standing, they range from 3 1/2 to 5 feet tall. They are fairly docile and more intelligent than they may seem. Their teeth are serrated made more for cutting and tearing. Onnesians have webbed hands and feet and a spade-tipped tail that is used for paddling and steering. They have two long, thin whiskers on their face used for sensing electrical currents from other living creatures' heartbeats. They have large fin-like appendages protruding from their backs that are used primarily for steering themselves underwater, much like fish on Earth. They are amphibious creatures, though they live primarily in water. They have small gill-slits on their necks, and their soft scales can contract or expand. This allows for their scales and the softer skin on their stomachs to take in water. This is how they are able to live above water for extended periods of time. Otherwise they wold have to be dowsed in water roughly every half hour, it is similar to a human holding their breath underwater though in reverse. They can survive roughly 24-48 hours out of the water with their scales and underskin full of water, though this varies the same way one human can hold their breath for a longer peroid of time than another may be be capable of. They use ultra-high frequency sonic waves to communicate when underwater with a system similar to morse code. Above water, however, they use their own vocal language. Ironically they bear a resemblance to the Dragons of Human mythology.

A man dressed all in white stepped out of the bar and started walking down the street for home, he was supporting himself on a long decorated metal staff. As he was walking a military vehicle drove past and almost imediately came to a screeching halt. Two men dressed in military fatigues came out of the vehicle and ran up to him with their weapons drawn.
"You're the deserter, Jacen Dune!" Said the first, and taller of the two.
"Yes I am, and what of it?" Implied the man known as Jacen Dune.
"You are under arrest for abandonment of your post of duty." Said the second man.
"That is highly unlikely," Jacen replied, "In order to place me under arrest you have no other options but to take me by force. And I am pleased to inform you that you are sorely outmatched."
"Why you son of a-" Said the second man a moment before he realized that he had already been hit.
Jacen Dune had spun the bottom of his staff upwards and propelled it forward, directly into the first soldiers abdomen. Said soldier went down, hard, and was unconcious before he hit the ground.
"Well I guess it's just you and me now." Jacen said calmly, "Waddya say, can't we resolve this peacefully. You'll take your buddy there and get back in your vehicle and drive away and I will continue on my merry way. And you'll never have to report to anybody that you let the deserter get away, let alone that he beat up your partner."
The soldier responded by raising his weapon and firing once. Dune, however had already responded by dropping into a low crouch and using the end of his staff to elevate the barrel of the weapon to a point well above his own head.
"Alright, have it your way."
Dune spun down onto his back and swept his leg behing the soldiers, efficiently knocking the soldier over. He continued his spin so that it brought him back onto his feet and he continued the momentum in his staff by sweeping it in a wide vertical spin that ended abruptly in the center of the soldiers stomach. The soldier was unconcious almost immediately.
"Earth Forces Soldiers. Always so aggressive."
He turned the direction he had originally been heading and continued his walk home.

On Onnesia, at least 100 feet below the water, a pitch-black scaled Onnesian swam around, sighing as he did so. "Well, this seems to be quite entertaining...Swimming around like a ninny while not getting to train." The Onnesian frowned a little, thinking for a second.
At 5 feet 3 inches when he stood up, Vincent towered over everyone else from his race. When he was little he was always picked on by his study-mates at training, not only because he was bigger than everyone else, but because of his unusual color. There were few Onnesians who had ever been anything but a sea-green, blue, or aquamarine. Not only that, but Vincent's scales could change to a totally different color in the light; a neon green all the way to black, depending on the angle.
Vincent sighed, more heavily this time. Then, his eyes brightened up an idea forming in his mind. "I have an idea! I'm going to go to Earth...I haven't been there in over 3 Onn years!" He said.
And with that, Vincent swam away towards the shuttle getting there in under five minutes. In front of the underwater take-off area, two Onnesian guards stood, each holding a sword made out of bone. When they saw Vincent, they smiled and quickly moved out of his way, saying nothing more than a polite 'hello'. When he got to his space-pod, which he modified himself, he quickly got on the HVN to leave a message to his parents that he would be leaving for Earth and if they wanted to find them they could send a request for him there. He got into his pod, checking the tanks and gauges to make sure that everything was in order, including the amount of water in it. With that done, he pressed the ignition button on the touchscreen, and within seconds he was in orbit, on his way to one of Earth's Interplanetary Docking Areas.

Jacen Dune stepped into his small one room home. he removed his jacket and laid it on the back of the only chair in the room. He removed his holocom from his pocket and activeted it. A small round holographic screen apeared in the air above the little device. There was one message. He selected it and a hologram of the back of a chair appeared in the picture. The top of a mans head was just visible above the tall backed chair.
"Dune. We have an assignment for you. We need you to travel to the Earth and assasinate Commander-General Hewlett. Make him disapear, we could use the time. After you have completed your mission report back to us as soon as possible."
Dune closed down the Holocom and returned it to his pocket. He grabbed his staff and checked the gun holstered on his left hip. Everything was in order. He stepped out of the room and locked the door behind him. He hailed a cab and had the driver take him to the nearest spaceport. He bought himslef a ticket for a public transport and settled in for a long flight.

Vincent sat inside his space pod, watching his home world quickly fade away as he was catapaulted across a 'jump'. He sighed, turning his supercomputer on to look up some information about what had been happening on Earth. After he was done with that, he checked his HV for any messages. A blinking red X appeared, startling Vincent. He tentatively touched it with his claw, opening the message. A miniature 3-D human stood there, and began pacing on what must have been the ground. "Tell that man that if he ever wants to see the sun again he needs to get this done, and get it done right!" He yelled, obviously to a co-worker or friend. The man then turned around to the screen, his face partially blurred, seemingly for confidentiality. "Hello, Vincent O...I have heard many things about you...Well, since most, if not all of them were good, I have chosen you to do a little 'job' for me, and an important one at that." The man held up a digitally-done oil painting. "This is Commander-General Hewlett." The man then held up two other pictures, one of a man looking to be in his late thirties, the other being a young Onnesian female. "The human is Jacen Dune, who is a deserter and may be part of the rebel movement. The Onnesian is Miss Makai Jhi, who is one of Onnesia's Generals. Your job is to help Mis Jhi capture Jacen and question him to learn more about the rebels and why they want to disrupt our peaceful multi-world unity and threaten our very lives. Your pay depends on how well you help and handle the situation." The man smiled, nodding. "If you do an outstanding job, which I believe you will, you will not only be awarded an official Multi-World Peacekeeping award, which in itself holds many benefits, but we will also pay you 20 million dollars and four brand new hi-capacity jump batteries. You will be briefed more fully once you land on Earth, where a government official will be waiting for you." The man clasped his hands together, his eyes closing. "Good luck, Mercenary." Vincent turned the HV off, thinking for a moment. "I guess I'll be needing more plasma rounds..."

Jacen Dune stepped off of the public transport that he was taking and onto the cold concrete of an outlying moon station. The planet that this moon orbited was uninhabitable and so was the moon, so they built a containment dome so that the place could be used as a way station and refueling stop. They also sold low-qaulity jump batteries for far more than they were worth.
Jacen noticed a convenience store, sitting a ways off from where the transport was temporarily parked, and headed towards it. When he got there he went to the bathroom and then came back out and purchased several drinks and prepacked sandwiches and a box of granola bars. he then carried the bag with his purchases to a nearby park, found a bench, and proceeded to eat one of the sandwiches. He followed the sandwich with one of his drinks and then walked back to the transport, with his food, found a seat and settled in to wait until the pilot returned and announced that they would be departing soon. Only two more jumps and he would be home. He was sure that there were a lot of people that just couldn't wait to see him.

A few days and 3000 plasma rounds later, Vincent was at the shooting range, making sure his gun was up to spec. When he got there, two army generals were showing their students how to use a sniper rifle. Vincent walked over, holding his gun with the barrel on his shoulder. He walked past all of the army recruits, who watched him, giving him cruel gestures and shouting out for him to go back to the swamp he came from. Vincent rolled his eyes and kept walking, muttering just loud enough for them to hear him. "Pfft, amatures...they'll never be anything more than kitchen-duty maids." This got two of the bigger, more muscular recuits angery. They walked over to Vincent, pushing him. "What did you say, you good-for-nothing animal?" The bigger of the two said. the smaller one smirked, cracking his knuckles. "Looks like you're in trouble...stupid Onnesians don't know their place these days, so we're gonna use you for an example." Vincent shook his head, then set his gun down where it wouldn't get disturbed, then walked over. "Alright then, you big, ignorant lummoxes, lets see how well you can fight." Vincent said, waiting for them to make their move. Around them, the other recruits and the two generals stood, watching them, whispering. The bigger of the two strutted over to Vincent, swinging at him with all his might. Vincent quickly moved his head, taking ahold of the man's outstretched arm, pulling the man towards him. The man's eyes bulged, startled at Vincent's speed, not ready for it. As the man fell , Vincent put out his knee, catching the man in the stomach with it. Vincent then used it as leverage and flipped the man over him, sending him crashing to the ground. The smaller one sprinted over, his eyes filled with rage. He wound up to kick Vincent, but he was too late. Vincent had already leaped back, landing on all fours. "Now it's your turn..." Vincent said, launching himself into a spin towards the smaller man, doing an uppercut kick, sending the smaller one stumbling backwards, falling on the ground as well. Vincent stood up, dusting himself off. "Would anyone else like to try me or can I do what I came here for?" he asked, walking towards where his gun was. The crowd stood there for a moment, stunned at what had happened. Then, they both ran to the two recruits, both of which were knocked out, the smaller one's mouth bleeding, two of his teeth broken out. Vincent calmly went to his gun, took it out of it's case, loaded it, and began to target shoot, acting as if the fight never happened.
