Dante, as Van Helsing and Blade can't react to a large sword being swung at them at the speed of sound. That and they can't really do much about being cut in half. Or dodging a hail of bullets.
Seriously, Van Helsing and Blade don't stand a chance.

well Van helsing is an expert at hunting supernatural creatures such as say... demons, and blades got vampiric speed plus bullets wouldn't do much. also blade has a sword too. it's a katana and he also has dual hand guns. please go on arguing, i'm in the mood for an argument.

I see no argument here. Van Helsings best weapons against Dante would most likely be his circular saw things, and how effective would that be against someone who can regenerate any wound? As for Blade, we've seen how effective blades are against Dante. In both cases he could easily dodge and block them, not to mention easily steal/snap Blade's sword in two. Blades' vamiric speed doesn't hold a candle to anything Dante can do either, unless I'm very much mistaken he can't dance between bullets or fire his dual handguns as though they were machineguns.

Dante would go into Devil Trigger and use Air Raid. While they are frying on the ground, he would cut off their heads. n_n

I'm a fan of Van Helsing..an even bigger fan of Blade..and an even bigger fan of Dante...I wouldn't like to pick one..but I'd probably say Blade..because he has more fighting skills than Dante I think...more hand-to-hand fighting..but it's a close call..he doesn't have devil mode..like dante does..so...I don't know sweatdrop gonk

I'm a giant vampire fan, and I still say Dante beats them both. Unless Vergil stepped out of the shadows. But then it wouldn't be the same fight. So yeah, Dante.
