Nan Kaizou (Soften Modification) - Allows a ninja to make their body very malleable.
Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique) - The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly.
Kuchiyose no Jutsu - This jutsu enables the user to summon.
Ninpou: Hari Jizo (Ninja Art: Needle Guardian) - A common jutsu used by the Legendary Jiraiya. It causes the user's body hair to harden and become flexible; which can be used for protection or an assault.
Denkou Raiga-Hasu no Jutsu/Raikou Raiga-Hasu no Jutsu (Liger Lightening Lotus) - This electric attack is the lightening version of the Phoenix Fire Flower/Phoenix Flower/Phoenix Fire Jutsu; which the user launches a barrage of electric balls from the hands or mouth.
Katon: Karyuu Endan no Jutsu (Fire Dragon Flame) - The ninja does a string of hand seals and the proceeds to blow a large jet of fire from their mouth.
Hyouton: Kokuryuu Boufuusetsu no Jutsu (Black Dragon Blizzard) - The user will thrust his arm to send out a black ether-like dragon to strike his opponent.
Rairyuu no Tatsumaki (Lightning Dragon Tornado) - The user of this technique will become engulfed in swirling electricity, then the element will all shift to his arms, which is then launched as a dragon-shaped vortex.
Ryuuka no Jutsu (Dragon Fire Technique) - Usually after bind the opponent, the ninja unleash a large fire burst onto the target.
Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu (Water Dragon) - The ninja does a long string of hand seals which then causes a column of water in the form of a dragon to rise from the water and then strike their target.

Character Description
Looks: Red hair, ruby eyes, 5'9", athletic body, wears a black ninjaband on his forehead.
Personality 1: Usually, Ryukinzo is a kind guy who enjoys looking out for women. He enjoys taking charge of things, especially when no one else is capable of doing so. On some occasions he may appear bored or uncaring, though it is only a mask. From time to time he gets a bit rude and dark. He gained this trait during the years he was close to his brother.
Personality 2: In this personality, Ryu is basically a youngster who would kill in order to have fun and make friends...this personality kicks in randomly.
Personality 3: Lying dormant within him, the Kousekikage's other half tends to resurface. In this state, Ryu is ruthless and evil. Depending on his mood, he'll either torture or kill quickly. He shows little respect to people, no matter what their status is...though he has one soft spot.
Background:
Ryukinzo grew up, with his brother, on a mystical land called Caleon. Him and his brother Kinryu both shot through the AS, Genin, and Chuunin ranks with ease. Though they had a little trouble with Jounin and ANBU, it was still a challenge. The youngsters passed the AS rank at the age of seven. Then, they flawlessly went through Genin at the age of nine. At age eleven, they became Chuunin, and Jounin at thirteen. Once they became ANBU at the age of fifteen, they were the most respected ninja in their current village. After every time they ranked up, they left a village, and joined another one. This was pulled off successfully thanks to Kinryu's sharp mind. On the boys' free time, they sparred against each other all day and night. Their power seemed to reach beyond everyone elses, but this was causing the villagers trouble. There always seemed to be a stray fireball or weapon flying through the air. Hence, they were seperated for 3 months. But within those 3 months, they trained even harder. So hard they almost killed themselves. When they reunited, the closest thing they did to combat was stare each other down. A few weeks later, then annual five year village tournament was held, but the two shinobi were not allowed to participate unless the champion decided to challenge one of them...though she wasn't foolish enough to do so. Afterwards, the Kage of the village let the brothers have a battle of their own. The Kage and the rest of the ANBU escourted the boys to a wide open feild. This was done so they wouldn't damage the village. Once the battle started, it was over in about 3 minutes. Their movements were so fast it didn't take long. But for those who were able to keep up with them, had an experience of a lifetime. At the end of the match, Ryukinzo was left sitting up with tears in his eyes, bleeding from many holes in his body, while Kinryu remained lying on the ground with hatred in his eyes. Ryu was declared winner, and several weeks later, he became Kage of the village. This action caused Kinryu to go insane, but he knew there was no way he could harm his brother in the position that he was in, so he ran away from the village. Ryu didn't bother to go after him, for he knew he wasn't smart enough to figure him out. After being Kage for about a year, Ryu himself went insane. This was more than he had asked for. Everyday he was being bothered by his villagers, and there were so many women after him, he couldn't keep up. Once he had enough of this nonsense, he planned his own escape. After doing so, he came upon a beautiful island full of crystals...

Looks: His headband is white. He wears it around the collar of his jacket. Young, compared to others. Has a dark look about him.
