Are there any famous asexuals in this world? I can't really think of one.

You know, he was in the ESC with "Congratulations".

Check the wikipedia. It had a list of fictional and real people. Of course, some of them are believed to have been closet homosexuals, but ya know. Maybe they were, maybe they weren't. we'll probably never know.

*looks at the lists*
Paksenarrion Dorthansdotter... Tolkien... "dotter" means "daughter" in Swedish. She was the daugher of some Dorthan? Tolkien was cool.... borrowing things from lots of languages.
So Cliff Richard isn't asexual? Oh well. Wait... *asks Wikipedia for help*
"While some have suspected homosexuality, others say it's merely a case of asexuality."
I see surprised

How do they determine whether a person -- especially a celebrity -- is asexual?
Haha. Asexual meters. Nah...but that'd be awesome, methinks.

Ishrie I'm sorry, but you must be this asexual to get on this ride. xd heart That gave me the giggles. I wounder how they would measure such AP points? and when it comes to celebrities and things, maybe they take into acount how many relationships they've been in , and with whom, ya know, ask around, friends and family. Maybe some of them have said something about it at some point. But could you imagine some celebrity now saying something like 'yeah, I don't like sex'. I think in this culture, that would be an instant blackmark. sad

Riot_Maker I wounder how they would measure such AP points? I hope you don't mind me pointing this out (yes, I can be very picky), but did you notice the " RAS syndrome"? wink In this context, "AP" stands for Asexuality Points, so "AP points" would mean "Asexuality Points points".

Ishrie I'm sorry, but you must be this asexual to get on this ride. Oh wait, that reminds me of those height thingies you have on the rollercoasters before you get in! You have to be this tall to ride, etcetera.
Sucks for short horny people.

Maybe there's an a**l probe that gauges AP. If a celebrity refuses to be tested, that means they're asexual. ;D The MoUsY spell-checker Riot_Maker I wounder how they would measure such AP points? I hope you don't mind me pointing this out (yes, I can be very picky), but did you notice the " RAS syndrome"? wink In this context, "AP" stands for Asexuality Points, so "AP points" would mean "Asexuality Points points". Quote: Does asexuality exist? Can someone actually be purely asexual? If they try hard enough. I found it here. I was searching the web for information about Morrissey's asexuality... and there's lots. I haven't listened to Morrissey much, but I know my boyfriend and his friend likes the music. Apparently, Morrissey's bisexuality / asexuality /homosexuality is an interesting subject.
If they try hard enough?

Wait, how can you try to be asexual? I mean, if you're repressing your sexual feelings, that doesn't make you asexual, since you still experience sexual desire, whether or not you like it.

My brother and a Slipknot fanboy from college have both stated that Slipknot's/Murderdolls' Joey Jordison is asexual. Whether that's true or not is another matter.
