Why are you doing this? adding another subforum is not what you need to revive this place, what you need is m-e-m-b-e-r-s. Without people all the forums in the world wouldnt change a thing. I propose you start making the guild a little more well known instead of this... once we have more people comming here then you can worry about sub forums.

Set a quota for advancement. say for instance we have 20 members, I think that many can be satisfied with 2 forums. after you get more people and the diversities start pouring in then you make subforums to accomodate the diffrent people. In a guild with as little people as this one you can say all you need to say in 2 forums.

You wouldn't rent out a convention center to 10 people would you? it just doesn't make sense to upgrade before you get feedback. Its like a city it expands as the populace does, it doesn't grow out of proportion with buildings and companies that have no one in them.

Besides once you have more active members announcing things like you are making upgrades to the guild can be exciting and make them want to be more active. But if you upgrade while no one is around the initial excitement will wear off. I say you should work on the things we have now. How can you make the main forum and subforums we already have better and more convenient to the people we intend to cater to.

GimpyTheGreat just setting it up before new people come in. want them to come in with people already talking about stuff, ya know break the ice But thats just the thing we already have threads in the main topic that deal with the stuff you are making for this now. The good thing about having all this stuff in the main forum is that it makes it look alittle crowded and thus fore more lively, if you have all this stuff over in here where not much is happening this area will die out fast. I'm telling you before you add anything else you need to add more members. I also thing you should go through all the older topics in the main and rpg forum, anything that looks old delete ,anything that we are still using should be completely cleaned out to make it look like new. If it doesnt look like it died once there is a good chance it wont die agian.

Also we need a better banner then the one I made so look through your friends list fore someone who is good at making banners.
