Welcome to the birthday thread! This is a thread dedicated to the people who have birthdays! That means YOU. Think of this thread as a birthday party in real life. Come here, hang out, wish people a happy birthday! Bring them banners if you would like; everyone likes gifts! (But, it isn't required.) There will be party games and lots of fun to be found here; so lets go! Enjoy the party!

Party Games we are participating in for this party:
This game is called Birthday.
Here is how to play!
Whatever you do, do not say the phrase: "Birthday" It is encouraged that you find other ways synomous with this term to wish a happy birthday. (unless you don't participate.)
Everyone participating starts with 5 points, and the people who's birthdays are between January and April start with seven. Okay? Now, we're all talking and someone says the word "birthday". The very first person to bring that to attention steals a point from the person who said it.
Example conversation:
Jane has 5
John has 5
Sarah has 7
Jane: I just want to wish everyone a happy day who is celebrating today.
John: aw, shucks, if you had said birthday, then I could've taken a point from you.
Jane: I'll take a point from YOU because you said birthday!
John: aw, craps...
Sarah: and, since Jane repeated that word I'll take a point from her!
John: I just realized that...you beat me to it...
If you would not like to participate, please write in red ink so that we can tell that you aren't participating. Moderators will be moderating and keeping track (kindof) to make sure that people don't cheat. Please remember how many points you have. At the end of the two days, the person who has the most points gets a secret prize from SMET.
