RULES OF THE CASECADE SHINOUBI
These are very important. Those who know the way
of the shinoubi should follow and respect the rules
of their village. I, Tokiama Tusagi - Kage of Takiyama
Village - Hereby write these rules in stone! Defying the rules
will lead to strict punishment or DEATH (coughbanningcough)

1. Do not reveal the secret entrance of the Cascade Village!!
2. READ ALL OF THE STICKY POSTS
3. Respect all higher ranking shinoubi
4. Do not enter another village without permission from a kage
5. Do not invite outsiders to our village without kage permission
6. No killing of other Cascade shinoubi
7. Know your surroundings (read descriptions before you RP)
8. You can set up a house in the village. Just put your name in the title and current status. (It is good to have a place to stay.)
ex1 : Takiami's house // Here ex2: Takiami's house // sleeping leave message etcetcetc!
&& Make sure your ID CARD is visible somewhere
9. All shops must be approved by the kage before you set them up
10. MUST FOLLOW ALL POSTING RULES!!!!!! <-- SUPER IMPORTANT
Notify me right away if you see any rule breaking
(but don't start snitching unless your sure)
