Lunel awoke to someone tugging on her sleeve.
"Lunel! Lunel! wake up! Its time to get up!"
Lunel opened her eyes groggily and looked down at the little boy tugging on her shirt.
"Youre taking me to the park, remember?"
She thought for a moment.
"Yes, yes, sorry. I must have fallen asleep."
she smiled at him and looked at her watch. It was 3 in the afternoon. She must have fallen asleep after lunch.

"Ahh, I can't...Ah!"
Nathan fell to the ground, facefirst, for the tenth time that morning.
"I can't stay focused..."
He got up to his feet and started hovering again.

Morgan walked past Nathan.
"Keep trying. It'll become second nature soon enough. You need to work on mobility, too. Hovering stationary only helps your opponent."
He looked at a tree to his left with a slash on it, only big enough to have been left by a dagger.
"We're almost there, keep it up."

"Well are we going?" He looked up at her.
After a moment, she stood up slowly from the chair and stretched.
"Yes, yes, get your jacket on."

He started moving again, and even though it was as fast as he could go, he barely kept up with Morgan at a slow walk.
"You said you were gonna teach me martial arts!"

He sighed and looked up at the sky. He seemed to have developed a habit of counting birds as they passed.
"Mobility is more important than power, and if you don't..."
He turned his head to face off into the trees.
"...Is there any kind of civilization near here?"

He fell to the ground again, managing to fall to one knee this time. He stood up and looked in the same direction as Morgan.
"Umm...Yeah, I think so. A town, maybe half a mile from here. Why...?"

After Nobu struggled with his jacket a bit, She took his hand, and led him outside, and down the street towards the new park the townspeople had built for the children.
Once in sight of the swings, Nobu took off ahead of her, running to meet his friends.

He closed his eyes and turned his arm, burying his blade in the ground.
"Reach out...do you feel it?"
His eyes snapped open.
"That abnormal power...and something I haven't felt since..."
He left the sentence hanging and shook his head.
"No, we've got to meet first. But it won't be long now."
He continued walking in the same direction the slashed tree had pointed out.

"Umm...okay."
He stood up and closed his eyes, pressing his hands together. He stood silent for a minute, as Morgan had. He took a step back as his eyes widened.
"No...Hell no! How can that be?! What is that?! Morgan!!!"
He ran after the older man.

Lunel smiled at Nobu as he played on the playground, but the past kept creeping into her mind.
She saw not only Nobu, but Narzaa, and the monster he had become before his death.
She sighed and shook the thought out of her head.
He was Nobu. Not Narzaa.

Morgan kept his eyes closed and kept walking.
"It's not important right now. We still have time and rushing in won't help anything. Keep flying, everything will be made clear when we meet."

He started hovering anyway, not noticing his speed had increased a bit.

He glanced at Nathan through the corner of his eye.
"Keep your aura hidden. The last thing I need is for her to know we're here...Before I want her to, anyway. As for what I'm planning...If I don't have to kill that child, I won't. We're still the good guys."
He reached a clearing and looked around.
"We're early."

He nodded a bit, doing his best to supress his energy and stay airborne at the same time.
"Are you suggesting that we shouldn't eliminate an unstable element?"
He glanced around the clearing, immediately knowing the contact wasn't there.
