Shayne is a rather tall individual, standing six foot three inches tall and is rather toned but not too muscular. He has thick and wild dark brown hair that stands up on end. His eyes would be naturally brown but that is only true for his right eye for his left eye, although always shut or covered, is a lively green colour that almost seems to glow.
Ivyn is Shayne’s alter ego that he assumes when he is in his amped state. In this state and having all the power that he does Shayne’s eyes become a glowing green colour, and his hair also falls down to the sides and becomes a healthy tone of green as well. He doesn’t change much else except for his muscle mass increases greatly giving him an Olympic level athlete look and powers that are almost unrivaled.
For both forms Shayne usually is wearing a plain white t-shirt, under a dark green sleeveless hoody, with tan cargo shorts for pants and light brown work boots for foot wear. When the weather is coolder though he keeps the shirt but the hoody changes to one with sleeves and his pans change to baggy blue jeans, along with his usual set of brown boots.
Personality: Shayne is a naturally kind person, but also his personality is slightly unstable thanks to the integration with his abilities. It seems that the other form must have at one point had its own personality but now it was slowly becoming one with him. This integration has left him unstable but still kind. He however enjoys a good fight at times and can fluctuate from having all the confidence in the world to being very self-conscious.
Strengths: Thanks to having so much power, being a God level amplifier, Shayne has incredible physical attributes that are by far some of the strongest levels on Altera. Also his over all stamina seem to be greater then most others, even of his level.
Weaknesses: Although his high power level is a strength it is also a weakness. Thanks to all the energy he has flowing through his body, Shayne also has trouble containing and controlling it. When using a projectile form of energy he usually will use too much for it just flows out of him, doing more damage then helping him. Also when using his energies healing properties for the sick his energy seems to flow out of him leaving him more tired quickly, but also due to the massive amount of energy his healing has the possibility to be fatal but also incrediably rejuvinating.
Weapons/Fighting Style: Shayne doesn’t use a weapon but rather just fights using his body, although he will pick up a blunt object to wield or just about anything he can get his hands on if needed. While fighting he uses no real style but just moves according to his own power and speed.
Bio: Being born to a time of relative peace, new beginnings, and great bonding Shayne was accepted for who he was and not what he was. Although what he was, was still unknown it didn’t matter while his strength and speed seemed natural. It was only when he was around eight to ten years old when his true power started to come forth.
From birth to his eighth birthday Shayne seemed rather normal with only above average strength and speed that was relatively normal considering all the hard work kids were doing even at such a young age.
However by his eighth birthday Shayne experienced a new world after his left eye turned green. His peers looked him down upon as a freak and although they accepted his help he could feel their fear. He had never felt so alone, and it would only get worst. As time went by after his small mutation he started to grow stronger and faster and irregular intervals. At one point he had grown so strong that he couldn’t even control it. At first it was something he could turn off but at one point it was constantly there, and even his hair started to turn green.
As time went by he slowly started to learn to control his power to a degree were he could seem normal, and he even went about shutting his left eye indefinitely, and even covering it when he could no longer force himself to keep it shut.
This act brought some normality to his life, even if only a little. Then however something interesting happened. More people like himself started showing themselves and showing the world what they could do. Amazed at the uses of the abilities that he shared with these people he began to try to do some of the things that he saw done.
At first his power was low enough to do things properly but as time went by and his power continued to grow at an amazing rate he became unable to do the normal things that Amps, by this time they were now referred to as Amps, could. Well it wasn’t that he couldn’t it was that he had to much energy to control so when he tried he only hurt those he tried to help.
Being cast out once more Shayne accepted his fate and took to wondering. At first this seemed to work for he could help a little with people who were in trouble or couldn’t defend themselves but then the government started to spread bad rumors around that made people not trust anyone of his kind.
Once more being cast out of society Shayne gave up. He was through with trying to fit in and took to wondering the area that was deemed to dangerous for humans, but that an amp could survive in.
Having achieved the level that normal Amplifies and humans were referring to as a “God” and having the new name of Ivyn when in amped form, Shayne travels avoiding and resisting arrest for being what he is. He stands tall, alone, and no longer ashamed of who or what he is.
