Storyline and Character Applications

Storyline Summary: There are three main regions of importance; Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn. These three regions hold one main thing in common: each one is a big part in the world of Pokemon. Many stories of these creatures have been passed down through the generations, both through the good times and the bad, and each year, a new adventure begins. For every trainer, breeder, or anyone who chose to be involved in this never ending story, there is a different and unique twist, and each Pokemon, his own story to tell. So what will your story be? Will you befriend Pokemon, will you train them to compete in the League or in Competitions? Will you use these Pokemon for personal gain and power, or to stand and fight against the forces of evil? Whatever your story may be, let it be heard. All stories will be heard, in this every lasting adventure known as Pokemon.

(Dude, that’s so corny… feel free to edit anything or add on)

Certain Rules for this RP:

1.) No legendaries are allowed into the party. This means you cannot whip out Mewtwo and unload instant pwnage in a can. If you wish to INTERACT with said legendaries, that is different, but be realistic and fair with it… if you want to bring a legendary into the story, just LET us, the mods, know before hand.

2.) No one can be from the Shin’ou area, nor have Pokemon from the fourth generation, due to the fact that not everything is known about them. This includes Lucario and Weavile.

3.) You –are- allowed to have a Pokemon or two out of its ball, like in Yellow. Just don’t go overboard and have your entire PARTY parading behind you. You can let them be out and relaxed, but please, no parades…

4.) This follows the games, not the Anime series. Same rules apply here, meaning Ground cannot be harmed by Electric attacks, Ghosts cannot be hurt my Normal or Fighting Attacks, etc. Please keep this in mind when battling. Also, only four attacks for each Pokemon. It’s annoying to go against a Pokemon with endless attacks, unless they do Metronome or Assist, then please

5.) When battling, all Attacks will be in All CAPS. Meaning, if I order Skarmory to do FLY, then it cannot be reached by any attack that cannot hit him in the game (Thunder and Swift will have effect though). Also, Flying type or anything still (unfortunately) cannot be hit by Magnitude or Earthquake (even though I may consider allowing Doduo and Dodrio to be affected, since they have NO wings and shouldn’t fly… we shall see).

6.) There are 6 occupations.
A) TRAINER: Someone who trains Pokemon to collect Gym Badges and can also compete in Competitions. Rules of the League apply to them.
B) BREEDER: Someone who breeds Pokemon and enters into Breeder Competitions. Rules of the League also apply to them.
C) MERCENARY: Someone who performs certain tasks for money, good, bad, or neutral. Rules of the League may apply to them if they wish to partake in Gym battles, Trainer Battles and Competitions, but they normally don’t receive the full benefits of winning (if they participate in a tournament or competition, half of the reward will be split between the MERC and his/her Employer, plus possible commission fee).
D) FREE-LANCE: Someone who may own a Pokemon for whatever reason, but are not a part of the Pokemon League. They are not allowed to partake in Gym battles or Competitions.
E) SCIENTIST: Someone who chooses to study Pokemon, whether it be field work or lab work. They are allowed to enter Gym Battles and Competitions if they desire, but most would rather promote the knowledge of Pokemon rather than exploit them in battles.
F) PEON/BAD GUY: Someone who works for an evil organization. Not much is known about them yet, but they are known to deny the rules of the League and lie, cheat, and steal.

Character Applications

If you wish to participate in this role-play, you must copy and paste this format and PM it to me (ChibiGingi). Professormedia and I will decide if it’s eligible and will notify you if it is (also I will post it here). When we have enough to start, I will send a PM out, but people are invited to join in at any time as long as they fill out an application and get the go ahead (and please, for the love of god, READ THE CHAPTER SUMMARIES, so that you know what’s going on and you can participate better).

CHARACTER APPLICATION SHEET

Your Gaia Screen Name:
Your Character Name:
Age/Gender/Region or Origin:
Occupation: (Trainer, Breeder, Mercenary, Free-Lance, Scientist, Peon/Bad Guy) * No one is allowed to be a Gym Leader; these are NPC roles only
Physical Description:
Personality:
Background History:
Pokemon: (please include Moveset, gender, and Ability. Nature and nickname is optional)
* If you are a Trainer, Breeder, or involved in the Pokemon League, you must oblige by their rules, meaning you can only carry six Pokemon at a time, including the Pokemon that’s out of its Ball. You are allowed to have more than six, but you must withdraw them from a PC.
Goals/Desires/Ambitions?:
WWYD: (This is to test your Roleplaying abilities. We are to give you two situations, and you must reply as if you are in full RP mode. Failure to do so will result in your application being denied; don’t worry, unless we can’t understand a FREAKIN’ word you’re saying, you should do just fine. Just remember to write coherently and don’t hold back. While we want this to be fun, we also would like for a bit of order (or at least controlled chaos). )

SCENARIO ONE:

Write a role play involving a flash back about your first encounter with your favorite Pokemon. This can be a Pokemon that you keep a part of your team, or it can be the one that got away, or even an encounter with a Legendary. You can go into as much detail as you want, and there is no word limit. This is just to get a general idea of your role playing abilities.

SCENARIO TWO:

You are in the last round of a very important and very tough tournament(rival battle, random battle, whatever you want), and all of your Pokemon are spent. Your last Pokemon is, sure enough, on its last legs, and your opponent still has one two left, one is badly poisoned though. Your opponent is a Wobbufet that has already succeeded in casting Destiny Bond to your last Pokemon, has Safeguard on, and could use Mirror Coat or Counter any minute now, either one could possibly kill you instantly. You have no revives, potions, or berries equipped at all (or they are not allowed in the Tournament). How would you go about this seemingly impossible fight?

(NOTE: This is a NO WIN scenario, or it should be. This is to see how you handle a loss, because no one is undefeatable in this RP. If you can BS your way to a victory, then it better make sense, but feel free to TRY. This is just to test your acceptance to losing.)

----

Upon acceptance, I will post your Profile, including the Scenarios so that others can see your RP. If there is something you want to include, but not let other RPers know (for reasons of good plot twists), then please let us know in your application and we will be sure to keep that information private.

Remember, everyone loves to RP here, and let's all have fun with it and not ruin it for each other. Everyone WILL have a chance to shine here. Just respect everyone else, and things should be fine.

CHARACTER APPLICATIONS

Your Gaia Screen Name: ChibiGingi
Your Character Name: Chibi
Age/Gender/Region or Origin: 19/Female/Vermilion City
Occupation: Trainer
Physical Description: Chibi is just like her name; she is short in stature, but her attitude often makes up for it. She has bright red hair, cut short and styled unkept (she doesn’t feel the need to, since she hides most of her hair under a black bandana anyway). Her eyes are an awkward tint of red, though many think it’s just light brown and the red is reflected onto her eyes, though she claims its natural. She wears a black, short sleeved jacket and a red tube top. She wears black, slightly puffed out shorts, and wears white gloves and shin high boots. She always keeps her Pokeballs attached to her belt.
Personality: Chibi has a Napoleonic Complex; though she is short, she seems to overcompensate much for it (think of it, as Ed Elric on Prozac, but not in denial). She is also optimistic, but not delusional, and tends to at least TRY to find a little good in the situation. She can also be very moody, which is no wonder she loves her Persian, Galaxia, so much, as one minute, she can be very content, to snap your head off in an instant at a single push of a button. However, perhaps her biggest fault is that she doesn’t seem to know when to quit and will rant on and on, whether on the battlefield, or in a normal conversation.
Background History: Chibi is a middle child in a family of three and was a resident of Vermilion City; the oldest sister moved out of the house many years ago, and her younger brother is also became a trainer, but decided to go off on his own, as to not get in the way of anyone else. At the age of eleven, Chibi and her younger brother (who shall remain nameless) had decided that they wanted to become Pokemon trainers, so they both had put their money together and bought a few Pokeballs. One night in the fields, Chibi had found and succeeded in catching her first Pokemon, a rather playful and rebellious Meowth (by capturing it, she lured the curious cat with the Pokeball, knowing its love for round objects to be its downfall). Naming her Galaxia (because the golden coin on her head looked like a fallen star), Chibi set off to get a Pokedex and officially become a trainer with her younger brother (whom had obtained a Charmander as his starter). It was a rather rough beginning, as Galaxia would have rather have rump around and have fun than to battle other Pokemon, but after helping Chibi win her first badge at Pewter Gym (Galaxia, sadly, was injured badly and did not get to partake in the battle, leaving her to be outclassed by a Butterfree that Chibi had caught shortly after her). This inspired Galaxia to take things a little more seriously and had succeeded in defeating and helping capture a Sandshrew (Sandrock). Once she had evolved into a Persian, all fun and games was over, and along with her seriousness, Chibi grew serious as well, catching and collecting gym badges in the Kanto region until she had finally succeeded in gaining all eight (with her team of Persian, Sandshrew, Ninetails, Jolteon, and a Dewgong). Now the only thing to do was to participate in the League, and she got rather far in the Tournament before Galaxia was put to the ultimate test and lost against Golem. Chibi accepted her defeat and went back home, to discover that her brother was moving onto Johto to continue his quest; Chibi decided to retire (she was about 17 at the time), and try her knack at breeding. After finding another trainer that had watched her final battle at the Tournament, they both agreed to breed their Persians, and Galaxia gave birth to two eggs. Since there were two eggs, Chibi figured that both would have an egg each, however, the man in black merely laughed at her, and stole both of the eggs, injuring all of her Pokemon, including Galaxia, with a Pokemon in silver armor… after this had happened, Chibi watched her Persian, whom was thrilled to be the mother of two eggs, fall into a pit of depression, and felt herself being dragged along with her. So, she set out to begin a new journey… perhaps she would run into that dark man again…

Pokemon:
“Galaxia” the Persian
Female
Limber (cannot be Paralyzed)
Slash, Pay Day, Bite, and Bubblebeam (TM Move in Red/Blue)

“Sirius” the Jolteon
Male

“Sandrock” the Sandslash
Male

Slash, Dig, Earthquake, and Sandstorm

“Lancet” the Furret*
Female

* She is a pet and I never use her for battles… this MAY change…

POKEMON THAT ARE IN PC OR LEFT AT HOME
“Vixy” the Ninetails(F) and “Tiansha” the Dewgong(M)

Goals/Desires/Ambitions?: Wants to explore the new world of Pokemon, and also hopes to find the man that scammed her of Galaxia’s egg.

SCENARIO ONE:

”Galaxia… Galaxia!”

Chibi stood in the fields of her home, holding her hands to her mouth and shouting loudly, hoping, praying, that her Persian could hear her. After the defeat, all of her Pokemon were healed and returned to their balls, all except one; the heart broken mother was missing.

At first she feared that she, too, was stolen by that heartless thief, but thankfully, the police officer there at least reassured her that her Persian had ran off into the woods on her own. She felt terrible; she let Galaxia down… she let all of her Pokemon down. What WAS that thing that attacked her and her Pokemon? That could NOT be any regular Pokemon…

“Chibi, Galaxia’s in the backyard!”

She heard her mother cry, and instantly, she rushed to the back, leaping the half-sized fence as if her own height disadvantage meant nothing. She knew Galaxia would come back to her! And lo and behold, there she was, her red eyes glowing and reflecting the same pain within her heart. “Galaxia, thank God… you had me worried!”

Her Persian stepped closer into the light, and within her mouth was a small brown and black Pokemon, looked like a ferret. There were scratches all over her body; she must have gotten into a fight… and brought whatever poor creature home. “What’s this?”

Within her mouth was an unconscious and badly wounded Furret; Chibi had recalled her brother sending her an email with a picture of one in the wild; this was from the Johto region!

“Mom, get the potions! We have a wounded Furret here!”

’This… this can’t be happening!’

Sweat ran down Chibi’s face; what kind of humiliation was this, to accept a defeat from a Pokemon that looked as awkward as that! To think, a Wobbufet, a Pokemon that many trainers like herself foolishly overlooked. Sirius barely stood on his feet, staring at his opponent with the same look of disbelief; he couldn’t lose like this! Not to a Wobbufet!

“Woooooooooooooooooobbutet!” The awkward Pokemon gave a salute, as if to mock the Jolteon and his trainer. He merely waited for the next attack and for the order from his own experienced trainer, whom grinned cockily.

‘What should I do?’ Chibi thought to herself, knowing that this next move could very well be her last. ‘I can’t paralyze him, so Thunderwave is out of the question… I could use Flash, but what if Safeguard canceled that out as well? Use Thunderbolt or Pin Missile, and Sirius will…’

“Make your move, rookie!” The experienced trainer shouted, growing anxious. “You can either prolong your demise, or accept defeat… which will it be?”

Neither choice Chibi liked, but what was she to do? What COULD she do? Should she take out the Wobbufet in one last glorious attack, or withdraw from the fight and save her Jolteon from suffering an even larger defeat? She thought of all options, but she could think of nothing, absolutely nothing…

“Sirius, do you want to submit, or go down fighting?” She asked her only counsel, whom turned his head back at her and stared into her eyes with a determined look. Sirius wanted to fight… smiling, Chibi closed her eyes, and issued her last order, wanting to abide by her Pokemon’s wishes. “Alright then… Sirius, USE THUNDERBOLT!”

In a crack of lightening, the Wobbufet felt the blow at full force, falling into unconsciousness by the stronger attack. His fight was over, but not without one more salute, putting Destiny Bond into effect… he gave a proud and rebellious salute, before taking Sirius down with him. However, the Jolteon was not too upset; this was how he wanted to go down… and Chibi, though she felt her heart break at the sight of her last Pokemon faint, she felt at ease… so there was so much more she could learn from Pokemon…

Your Gaia Screen Name: V.E.O.
Your Character Name: V Eyoh
Age/Gender/Region or Origin: 19/Male/Naiyo
Occupation: Free-Lance

Physical Description: V is somewhere at the line between being tall and of average height at 6’. He pokes fun at the short people but then gets what he deserves when he runs into someone standing a full foot over him. He’ll claim their too tall and that their ankles need removed. He has long hair all around, his bangs reach his chin, and his hair in the back reaches the small of his back when he doesn’t have it tied back in a pony tail (which is almost never). His hair is dyed green; though no one has ever been dumb enough to ask him if it’s natural…if they did he would most likely say yes and pretend to wipe his nose.
He has piercing brown eyes…though you’d never know as he wears contacts to make his eyes a bright green…he’d never admit to it though. Then again you’d most likely never see his eyes unless he wanted you to as he is almost always wearing his shades. He even claims to be able to see better at night as he claims it cuts out the glare from lights.
He wears a dark green button up shirt…unbuttoned over a black tank top, as well as black baggy pants(cargo style…just without all the pockets). He also wears a black beanie depending on the weather…though whenever he takes it off he has to fix his hair. With all that hair, if he doesn’t fix it…it’s likely to eat his head with the slightest wind.

Personality: V is your classic bitter pessimist, well at least when he’s in a bad mood…which he can be put in easily unfortunately. Growing up with other kids picking on you for whatever stupid reasons children find to be cruel to each other then hanging out with a friend who was planning to take over the world when he grew up has left him slightly bitter to humanity (at least the stupid portion) and with a rather twisted sense of humor and cynical nature.
It takes him a while to trust people but when he does it’s a trust for life. Seeing as it is so hard for him to trust people, he takes betrayal personally. If he finally trusts you and you do something to compromise it…he holds a grudge. He won’t be able to trust you again.
For the most part, when he’s in a good mood and comfortable with the people around him he’s quick to make jokes…either random, sarcastic, or twisted. Otherwise he’s quiet and prefers to be with his pokemon. (He’s just not comfortable around strangers.)
Training pokemon is a hobby for him, but he knows enough about battling to give professional trainers a run for their money.
When it comes to his pokemon, most of them are like his pets, but his two favorites, Surei and Raz are like his children. He’s very defensive of them, but overall he’d defend any of his pokemon with his life.

Background History: V is the youngest of three children, and the only son. His oldest sister left and made a name for herself as a pokemon photographer. Now she’s trying to start up a store where they will take portraits of your pokemon.
He was born and raised in a small town in Naiyo where his family runs an Inn. His other sister works there with her husband(They have a female skitty). They get a lot of trainers staying at their inn.
For most of his life his family had no pokemon except for an aging and grumpy female arcinine. They had her since she was four weeks old. When he was around ten his sisters began brining home pokemon they found from different places. They always claimed they would take care of them but before long his parents had been adopted by two female houndours.
He never had a pokemon of his own, his sisters each had…well they had a few, now they each have one though. His parents always told him they had enough around the house as it was, and they didn’t need anymore. He always had the option of wandering off and becoming a trainer, but he had no interest in doing so. He was very competitive, and he didn’t take losing easily so he didn’t want to do something professionally that might cause him a lot of anger issues. So instead he forgot about getting any pokemon until the day he would move out of the house. Eventually he gained an interest in writing that helped occupy his time, but the wish to one day have his own pokemon never really left his mind.
One day when he was fourteen, he was in town picking up some groceries for his mom. As he was leaving the store he happened to overhear a rather loud and boastful trainer bragging to some of his friends that he’d managed to catch a rather angry wild Eevee nearby.
He took a shortcut home through a field of tall grass. There used to be a few trees but they’d long since fallen down from storms past. As usual he was daydreaming about the stories he wrote when he was shaken back to reality by something growling. It was a baby Eevee near one of the fallen trees. After failing to coax it out he realized the Eevee was guarding an egg. He knew it was too young to be the mother or father of the egg, that’s when he realized the angry Eevee that had been captured had most likely been the mother…she had been defending her baby and egg. He couldn’t just leave them there…but the Eevee wasn’t about to let him get near the egg. It took a while, but he was finally able to convince the Eevee to let him get close by offering it some food. Eventually he got the egg and the Eevee home. Despite its age, the Eevee refused to be carried. It took a lot of “persuasion” (Read begging, and bribing), but he finally managed to get his parents okay to keep them on one condition. He had to take care of them. They had enough pokemon to deal with; these two were to be his responsibility and his alone. The pokemon center in town told him the Eevee was roughly a year old, and they estimated the egg had a month or so left until it hatched. The Eevee was a male, so he named him Raz, after one of his characters he wrote about, due to his proud and serious personality. Roughly a month later, Raz’s younger brother hatched from the egg. The first thing he saw when his eyes finally opened was the moon. He always seemed to love the dark. This Eevee proved to be adventurous and fun loving; he named him Surei, once again after one of his characters. The next four years were a challenge for him, but one he’s happy to have gone through. As his pokemon grew and learned so did he. Throughout that time Raz eventually evolved into an Espion while Surei became an Umbreon. He always found it funny as their new forms were as opposite as their personalities were.
Surei and Raz are more like family to him than pets, but they seemed interested in battle so he became a trainer on the side. He still wasn’t interested in the league, but together with Surei and Raz he’s managed to capture a Scyther, Charmander, Quilava, and a Marshtomp. (Much to the dismay of his parents, they now have quite a few more pets around their lands.)
Note: Due to Raz knowing what it was like to be free for a small portion of his life he hates his pokeball.
Like his brother, Surei also dislikes his pokeball, though his reason seems to be more like an irrational fear.

“Surei” the Umbreon
Male

POKEMON THAT ARE AT HOME OR IN THE PC
“Drako” the Charmeleon
He’ll often leave any of his party at home except Surei and Raz, but for the most part they’ll travel with him if he’s going to be gone long. Drako likes to stay home because despite what he is, he doesn’t like fighting unless it’s absolutely necessary so V leaves him to guard their home.

Goals/Desires/Ambitions?: V’s only real ambition is to become a famous writer one day with a few best sellers. Whatever he does in the mean time is just part of the adventure.

SCENARIO ONE:

‘Oh man…oh man this is it.’ V thought to himself. He could feel the movement in the egg.
“Raz! Raz where are ya boy?!” He wanted Raz to be there when the egg hatched. He scooped up the egg carefully and made his way downstairs.
“Mom?! Mo…”

“In here.” he heard her call…from…somewhere.

“Where’s here?!” He tried to stop in front of the kitchen but because of his socks he slid across the floor and continued into the wall.

“In the kitchen,” She heard the thump. “What are you doing in there, don’t break anything.”

“I’m not breaking anything,” He ran to the counter where his mom was preparing dinner. “Have you seen Raz?”

“I don’t know, why?”

V held out the egg for her to see. “It’s hatching, the egg is about to hatch.” He said excitedly. “I want him to be there.”

“Oh, uh…last I saw him he was outside with your dad and the girls. Funny how they always seem to hatch so late at night?”

V rushed outside, grabbing a towel from the rack next to the sink as he did. Outside, his dad was cleaning up after mowing the yard. “Raz! Have you seen Raz?”

“I don’t know,” He looked around the yard. The “girls” were busy running around the house chasing each other. V didn’t even think it was possible for his parents’ two houndours to get tired. “I don’t see him now…he was by the shed.”

V hurried to the shed, trying not to trip as the two houndours chased after him, desperately trying to get him to play. “Not now girls!”

All the noise got to attention of their old grumpy arcinine and she came shuffling around the back of the house.

“Oh man…watch out! Out of the way!” V shouted. She didn’t move however, instead she plopped herself right there in his way. Luckily she’d at least made herself a little less massive by lying down. “Ah man!” He jumped, landing awkwardly on the other side of her and kept running.

He looked back and saw as the two houndours ran into her…which caused a lot of growling…until they ran off playing again.

He got to the shed and ran completely around it…but never saw his Eevee.

“Raz! Where are ya boy?”

He heard Raz give a call and looked up. The eevee was looking down at him from on top of the shed.

“Raz, come down here,”

Raz just looked at him and sat there at the edge of the roof. V smirked, “Fine then…I’ll just come up there then.”

The shed was only a bit taller than him, and it looked like it could support the weight. He climbed up on crate near the shed and pulled himself up over the roof. “Raz…come on over here. It’s time.” He sat down cross legged, set the towel over legs, and laid the egg in his lap.

A few minutes passed and the egg begain to crack. Raz got a little closer as the egg hatched. V cleared the shell from the towel even as the little brown form emerged from the egg.

Raz raised his ears, and moved in slowly for a closer look as if he couldn’t believe it.

V used the towel to wipe the new born eevee’s fur clean. “Look Raz…you’ve got a little brother.

V wrapped the towel around the small animal and held it up for Raz to see. There in the moonlight, Surei was born.

SCENARIO TWO:

’Crap!’ V thought to himself as he clenched his fists. ‘I’m not going out like this…not to this punk…I won’t loose!’

V glared across the small battlefield at his opponent. He was just a cocky little jerk…a jerk with stronger pokemon. How could he loose to this kid? Just a fourteen year old brat with a “I’m the greatest” complex.

‘Was I ever that dumb?’ he thought to himself…to lash out and demand a pokemon battle from such an insignificant insult? ‘I called him a brat…and he demanded a battle…because he feels it’ll prove something…Why’d I accept?’

“Come on and do something! You’ll never win! My wobbuffet always wins!” his opponent shouted.

His wobbuffet saluted in response. “Woooooobbuffet!”

‘That’s why…to shut him up…he was never going to shut up if I hadn’t accepted…’

V looked at his own pokemon on the field.. Surei was the only one left, and he was already hurt pretty badly. If he hadn’t confused the last pokemon and made it poison itself he would have already lost…The trainer was at least smart enough to call that one back.

‘What am I supposed to do? I might be able to confuse him…but even if safeguard doesn’t cancel that out…it’ll only put Surei closer to losing…’ He looked down, Raz was resting at his feet. He’d woken up during the fight, but he was too weak to be put back in…besides he’d already lost. ‘I won’t loose…I won’t.’

“Not to you!” he said, obviously angry.

“I told you I’d beat you! You’re just a loser with weak pokemon! You can’t beat me loser!”

Surei looked back at him weakly, awaiting his command. ‘No…no! Calm down!’ he told himself. This wasn’t about him or that brat…no…he’d said it himself. Battling wouldn’t prove anything…he just wanted to win now because he can’t stand losing…especially to brats like this. ‘Calm down. Think about it. This is about them…’

He looked back at Surei then at Raz. A thought ran through his mind. He closed his eyes and sighed. That’s what he could do…that’s what he should do.

He swallowed down his pride and composed himself. “Come on back Surei. Let’s go.” Surei’s ears perked up at the call. Were they leaving? What about the battle?

“Come on Surei…we can’t win this one, no point in getting you injured.”

Raz sat up as Surei moved to his trainer’s side.

“What are you doing? Let’s finish this! Make your move!” His opponent shouted.

“You win.” V turned his back to his opponent.

“No! We’re not done here! You can’t run away!”

“What? You’re not happy? You’ve won this fight.” He threw up an insincere good bye wave then motioned for Raz and Surei to come along.

“Wobbuffet do something!”

“Wooobbuffet.” His wobbuffet just looked at him with a confused look and another salute. What could he do? Despite their excellent defense…wobbuffets had no real offensive moves.

As they walked back to town V could hear the trainer still shouting at his wobbuffet. “Ya know…” He looked at Surei then Raz and kneeled. “I think we just might have won that one…sorta.” He scratched both of them behind their ears as he mused over that thought.

“Come on…” he motioned his arms to offer them a lift. Surei readily accepted and leapt into his arms. V patted him on the head and look at Raz. But once again, Raz declined the offer and chose to walk. He always did, but despite that V would always make the offer. He patted Raz on the head and stood up again.

“Come on boys…I oughta get you two and the others to the pokemon center.”

Surei made a noise in agreement while Raz followed along silently.

“Oh yeah…never let me underestimate a wobbuffet again…”
