"Coming right up!" Grace walks out from the kitchen. "Oh! Hi Taka!" She smiles and brings him his French Vanilla coffee. "Do you want any treats to go along with that?"

"Okay, I'll be right back." Grace walks into the kitchen and pops right back out. "Do you want cream cheese or any types of bagels?"

"Sure!" Grace walks back into the kitchen and comes out with a bagel, some Earl Grey tea, a Biscotti, and a dish of butter, and sits down on her chair behind the counter. "So, how's it been? I like the renovations on the house, it looks really nice." Grace smiles and sips some of her tea.
