I'm soooooo excited about this! Not only about pets eather. I'm glad about the Glamore Stuff Pack! Now even your low class sims can look like high class sims <3
I think the first then I'll do when pets comes out, or a few days before, is build a pet shop and sell cute little stray animals! biggrin

I can't wait to get a pet for my sims, when I saw that I almost screamed. But i coudn't cause I'm sick and have a sore throat.But who cares about that? Having a pet for your Sim sounds soooooooooo tottally cool.Usually if I want to play with a pet I have to play the first sims, and that gets really boring in just a few minutes cause you can't do as much stuff as you can when you play the second game. I'm gonna go cause I'm talking too much and i'm starting to confuse myself.

I'm excited about pets too... though sadly, this will probably be the last expansion I buy because.... well... I'M GONNA BE A MOMMY IN MAY!!!! So at least I'll get to play through the pregnancy, but then I doubt I'll get to play very much once our baby is actually here! Hmmm... *hoping I didn't have any cheese cake right before I got pregnant!* certianly hope its not twins! eek! sweatdrop

I'm both a Sims player AND and aspiring author, so I like to make Sims of my novels' characters. Now I can finally give my Sarah Case Sim her much-awaited Siamese kitties! xd

We're planning on reformating the pc this weekend to get ready for the new EP next week. Our poor pc hasn't been overhauled once since the sims2 came out! Its getting very buggy and laggy so we really need to give it a fresh start. maybe then I'll give my legacy sims a fresh start too... this time with college, cars, businesses and pets all from the beginning!

I've been contemplating wiping my neighborhoods to start over once I install pets but... I have too many pretty sims and cool houses to back up. So I'm filtering and killing and deleting like a madwoman. And trying to reduce my number of downloads again since I know it's going to spike with new pet related items soon. wink

Ah, Pets. I feel like the EP itself is somewhat lacking overall but the pets themselves are great. If they're given us 4 new careers and/or one more full furniture set than they did, I think I would gripe a lot less because I would feel like it was totally worth the price.

Pets is definately my favorite Ep. It might be because I love pets and they had all the breeds I wanted xd I really think the birds should be makeable and breedable too. Or at least be able to give them a gender gonk Seriously though. How does one restock a bird?
Anyway, it was a little lacking in the furniture department. I really loved the Space set, but I think there could be another set and I really want some new jobs.
o_o After I bought Pets my custom content went crazy. I was stupid and forgot to take off my Inteenimator mod, which was for OFB. I think thats what it was, anyway. I left custom content on, it worked fine the first run, then I played again, and my family's pets were underground (o_o) and any command I gave my Sims canceled itself out, and they were all standing there like morons.
So I deleted the Inteenimator, and started up again. This time with custom content off. I went into build mode and my custom content was there gonk So I shut down again. Then this time I notice I still had a pack from Inteenimator I forgot to delete. Deleted that. Then all my custom content was flashing blue gonk So I exited again.
Then I open it without custom content to see if that would work again and all my custom content objects were replaced with odd colored Maxis versions gonk So I had to buy all my custom content again. Thank god I didn't screw around with pets on my legacy family. That would not be good, considering almost all my stuffs is custom.

Simple use the boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true cheat and right click on tye pet you wnatto breeb and choose get pregnant with what ever pet well at least thats how i did it
