Woodrow sounds like something from Lord of the Rings. So Garr it is, shitty localization or not.

(PS: Tales of Destiny's localization was pretty damn good, for being back in the 1990's era.

but I like the name Garr more...xD

but uh... I never reallynotice garr much giving that I'm reading the manga incarnation of the game.

But maybe if I play the game myself, he will be more noticable? XD
