A lot of people, and I mean A LOT, discredit english voice actors and don't know the truth about Japanese voice actors. So here's a test to see who likes english voice actors, or japanese voice actors or both. If you wish to know the truth I will tell you...but for now I will leave you to wonder what I mean.

I haven't heard the Japanese voiceactors but I didn't care much for the english ones. Hilary Hagg's voice seemed to girly for Rosette and Chrno sounded like he was choking on his own voice.

The Japanese voice actors are good but I personally like the english VAs a little more. The first time I heard Rosette in english I too thought she sounded too girly. But after 2 eps I realized that Rosette's voice was perfect! Hilary Haag put the right spin on the voice, Rosette's voice was the perfet balance to her somewhat destructive, kind nature. As for Chrono, his "human" form WAS 12, and hell he could've been going through perminant vocal change(aka puberty without the othr stuff), So I believe Greg Aryes was right about how he went with Chrono's voices, both Demonic and Human.
Satella sounded awesome, I luffed the heavy german accent!^^ Tiffany Grant rules with german girls, after all she was the feisty Asuka Langley Soru xd

I usually prefer Japanese VAs, but I like the English ones better for Chrno Crusade.
I watched the English version first so when I watched the Japanese version their voices just sounded...wrong.
Besides. I like Hilary Haag and Greg Ayres. 3nodding

Hilary Haag and Greg Ayres are my absolute favorite voice actors, hey did you know that greg Ayres was also Goku in Saiyuki? heart heart

I love Hilary Haag and Greg Ayres. At first Rosette's voice made me jump. whee I expected it to be a little more... I dunno, deep? But by the end of the episode I loved her and Greg as well. Yes, Tiffany Grant is awesome too. Has anyone seen Godanner? Hilary Haag does the voice of Anna in that but I like her waaay better as Rosette.

Godannar...I think I've seen that. Hey did anyone know that Monica Rial was Fiore in CC and Kirika in Noir? And that Hilary Haag was Chole in Noir? I enjoyed finding out that 2 of my fave VA's were on 2 of my fave anime 3nodding
I too, now love Hilary and Greg^^ They sounded awesome on Ghost Stories as well

I love Hillary and Greg. They are probably two of the most recognizable voices in anime. They also are on so many other animes together and when I hear them I get all hyper. Don't know what it is, but they are awesome. 3nodding

Rosette's voice made me cringe at first, but as I got to thinking, I couldn't really imagine a different voice for her. I can't think of what a Rosette voice would sound like otherwise. Chrno was perfect though. I love Greg. <3

I loved the entire cast. I think Jason Douglas was perfect for Remington, with his sultry and distinctive voice. Actually, the casting was all-around great in the dub, esp. Hilary and Greg. I liked the Japanese too, but prefer the English by a lot.
I must say, Chris Patton was amazing with Joshua in the flashback episodes at Seventh Bell. I heard he practically tore his vocal cords doing those screams, but it came out great. xD
