Otakon isn't just only showing the FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST movie, but there will also be a FMA Voice Actor Documentary! >w<
I'll take lots of pictures, I promise!
And by the way, it's next weekend. <33333333

PostPosted: Sun Jul 30, 2006 5:09 pm

Um...
Without the suitcase for my FMA, and my duffel bag for Chibish...
You can choose between my backpack or my camera bag.

And, I don't know if I'll be able to see it...
Otakon coughed up the schedule, and Shamballa is from 10-12 PM.
gonk
Last year, we left at 8 PM each night.

Oh well.
I SHALL ANGST AND ANGST AND WHINE AND COMPLAIN!

Don't take no for an answer! Hide yourself in the vendor's area, sneak out at 12 to watch the movie, spend the night on the elevator (they have elevators there, right?), whatever it takes!

Or, if that doesn't work, angst and complain. It's just as much fun, really!

... I can fit in your camera bag! ... but then you wouldn't be able fit your camera, and how would you take any pictures? gonk
I'm not that selfish... take the camera.

*sigh* One of my friends is going, and the rest of us are so jealous. (But, she's more into the J-rock scene, and in fact hates FMA, so I'm still depending on you for pictures...)

Don't worry, I'll take millions and oodles of awesome pictures.
Last year, I only had half a camera, and I could just kick myself. Dx There was an Ed cosplayer from the last episode, even! You know, where he had his arm back and all the transmutations circles on him.
Eheh... The guy who cosplayed was shirtless t--*whacked upside the head and is shot*

And oh yesh, isn't FMA oh so educational! I can angst like a pro, and it's all thanks to FMA! *winks to imaginary camera*

Wee hee hee!!

I'm probably going to Anime Expo! No, not that Anime Expo! Yes, the other one! The Canadian one! xP At least the VOs of Ed, Al, and Roy will be there....

Isn't Otakon supposedly the best anime convention to go to? Maybe that's Wizard Con...

AUGH! I was seriously crying when I found out I couldn't go. ;-; I hated the FMA in Japanese, but I wanted to see the movie so badly that I just bore it.

My sister is going to take me to see it when it comes to Theatres in the city.

They dub it really well...
There was one thing I didn't like, though.
Highlight, for sake of spoilers! Dx :
When Ed is about to go back to the real world at the end of the movie, Al says "WAIT!" when in Japanese, he screamed "NII-SAN!!"
It would be a million times more awesome if he had said "BROTHER!!" or "EDWARD!!" but NOOO. They must make him say a one syllable word that doesn't make you cry as much. DX

Yes it is. Ed's VO went to the con in Franklin,Tennessee. Me and chibialchemist3 went cuz we kinda live in Madison. This is also how I embarassed myself in FRONT of said VO. *curses her Saiyuki addiction under her breath*

*hugs you* I would love FOREVER if you linked! Oh! I saw that part in an AMV called "Romancing Train"(took down) Ed said to him "Tell her I said thanks for this." and then Al kept hollering "Nii-san! Nii-san! Nii-san!" while Roy held him back. Right? Or was that an earlier part? (Gomen Nasai to those who have not seen it)
