Roller's Price Locking Store:
Welcome! This is My store where you ask me to buy something for you in the marketplace to lock it's price so you don't have to compete with Inflation to help people who are questing..... I'll buy the item at the lowest buy it now price I can find and then You can get it without worrying about inflation.
For my services you then would pay me a small fee for my service (7%).
When you ask this service of me it would be a binding contract saying If I bought it for you I would hold it until it was payed for AND once I buy it, you have to pay for it even if you get a better deal from someone else or the price goes down in the MP for said item.....
When we agree on a price, then I will buy it and keep it (on [This_isnt_Roller] he will be my official holder of things....) until you had the money for it then we would trade the money for the item or you can pay in payments that will be tracked on this page so everyone can see your progress.... After I have received the completed sum of money you can start a trade with [This_isnt_Roller] or he will start one with you, whichever happens first.....
I'm going to limit people to one Locked Item at a time..... Also I would like at least either a down payment on your item or the whole 7% fee the first week after I buy the item.... This will help me keep things moving within the shop..... Any item I lock 200k and over needs to have at least 25k put down on it..... On any item over 400k I need 50% of the item cost the day of the purchase (I might be willing to negotiate some though).... Also I would like 500g-1k a week from people To keep things moving along.....
If the down payment or the fee (being the 7% Not the whole price) is not received within the First week of buying the item I will sell it in the marketplace or to another person who wants that item..... Also if you are a week and a half to Two weeks behind payment with out giving me notice or a just reason why I will pm you once giving you a warning if I get no response I'll sell your item......
If you failed to pay for it (or give up on your quest) I would just sell it in the marketplace and get my money back and give you a refund of your money Minus my service fee, it is non refundable. As a payment of my service..... I'm a backer of sorts ....
If you have agreed to buy an Item from me please check back often to see your Progress and/or see if their have been any updates......

Prices:
I have a 7% fee on all items I buy......It is NOT interest, it's 7% of the item cost.....
You can also pay in chunks or in full after you have made a down payment..... The reason I'm charging a fee is so I have more money to buy better Items for people because I only have so much money and so I can buy more items at a time....

Roller720 Belegorad Actually I think I might have to request a kitty after suds is done with hers ^_^' Actually I don't think I can use this service. I earn gold too slow. Even at an interest rate of 3% On a 20k purchase I would wind up owing 60k or more.

It's not interest I add 3% to the cost of the item..... so say something costs 30,000
so 30,000+3%=30,900
