+Anima is my favorite manga series! XD if you want to see the art of Natsumi Mukai, the wonderful GENIUS-SENSEI of +anima, then go to my profile. i made it full of the main character, a crow +anima named cooro.
The summary of +Anima: (and i didn't even copy the back cover. go me!! XDbut then i gave up and had a brain fart, so i grabbed my first volume of +anima)
"The +Anima are beigns who possess animal-like powers. In this alternate universe, they walk among us--shamed by socidety--as they search for others who have similar traits.
Cooro is a crow-like coy who is on a quest to find other +Anima. When he meets Husky ((or Husuki, as the japanese and some fans say it)), a disrespectful boy with a past shrouded in mystery, he finds a kindred spirit who also possesses animal-like powers. Together, they try to gain acceptance in a world cruel to anyone or anything that is different. . ."
all +Anima have an original birthmark somewhere different on their body. Cooro's is on his shoulder, as you can see. my profile has cooro and a few other of the main characters in there.
anyone heard of it?

bump...? i guess no one has heard of it...hm. -shrug- oh well. i'll just obsess over Cooro-kun on my own. oh, and by the way: Cooro is 11. and i'm 14. -laughs- I figured out how old all four of the main characters are by using Cooro's age as a base, since they say it's been 11 years since he fell from the sky as a baby. (not a spoiler, was on the first page)
it uses the Astarian Calendar for their birthdays, so it left an obstacle. but i overcame it! heh.
Cooro: 11
Senri: 15
Husky: 10
Nana: 10, but younger than husky
I'll try not to spoil anything. i only read the first manga because i'm too lazy to get fan translations. I live in Georgia, so there's a lot to look through. i'll probably get the second one, soon. i believe fans have transalated 1-3. that's all i heard of. heh.

Usually the covers get my attention. xP I read it, and was instantly hooked. i wish i had more volumes. crying o well, i guess we all have different opinions. +Anima's my favorite manga series. 3nodding

oh good! 4laugh (sorry, been busy for a while. almost forgot this place. T T)
I know a great place to download it. THere are 10 volumes, and they have 7 volumes there. it's free. You have to get a free account first and post ten times, though.
I'm not sure if we're allowed to post links... sweatdrop so pm me if you want to know. I doubt it'll be translated soon.
