Well i got mad at a quest charecter because he kept saying i needed to wait a day to talk to him (i had waited/slept 4 days) anyways i attacked him when he was sleeping (hold on it gets better) it said he was unconcious so i ran away and took care of the guards, after this i had like 12 health and no potions so i started to Console kill (i opened up the console and typed Kill)
anyways i figured out that if i console killed a quest charecter that couldint die when there running there body will keep moving with there own speed of running at me...
i filmed some short funny clips of it.

I'll explain this a little better just incase someone like me reads this...
I got a essential charecter to get mad at me and run at me.
then i opened the console (i trust everone knows about this)
clicked on the charecter and typed kill while they run at me
for best results practice getting in good viewinf spots, ive got one charecter to look like they were smashing there head into the bed...
if anyone knows how to work the program FRAPS please tell me so i can ask you some questions.

Go to the fraps forum and whine about it. Thats the easiest way to learn.
