Okay, okay, this is a ShikaTema guild, but-who do you think would win the heart of our lazy bishounen, Shikamaru?
Ino? OR Temari?

Eh, I don't really think it's about "winning" Shikamaru's heart. He's probably too lazy to care. mad D
Personally speaking, while I have nothing against ShikaIno (I'm fairly neutral to that pairing), I tend to favor TemaShika more. This is partly because I don't think Shikamaru views Temari in the same view he views Ino. The girls may both be fairly abusive (^^), but each has her own personality. Temari is more of an equal to Shikamaru, she challenges him consistently. Remember that scene in the hospital, when Shikamaru broke down crying and Temari later called him a "cry-baby"? That's her way of measuring herself up to him. She's not really the type to be outwardly compassionate, that is something that has to be earned by her. Shikamaru may think she's as scary (or scarier, as he once said when she smiled at him mad D ), as his mom, but I don't think he regards her as someone who he needs to keep an eye over either.
And really, you'll see Temari saving Shikamaru's a** more rather than the other way around.
As for Ino, while she is a great kunoichi (oi, I'm a fan) I can't compare her character to Temari's. And recently, the moments between her and Shikamaru haven't given me anything to fangirl about. sweatdrop
So, uh, yeah. TemarixShikamaru please!

I'm not so much anti-InoShika as I am PRO-InoChouji, they're just so cute together gonk Plus I think that Temari suits him better intellectually. No, I'm not calling Ino stupid but I am saying that Shikamaru and Temari's minds work in very similar ways, they can compliment the other's mind with their own, something from which they can garner a different kind of relationship then that which would form between Shikamaru and Ino.

I honestly couldn't say. o-o I really like both pairings, and I'd be happy if either happened. xD LOVE TRIANGLE TIME!

Temari has the personality that best suits Shika. She and Ino are the same in a way...but I think Ino doesn't have the personality to suit Shika. Ino is like Sakura...Temari is too unique ._. Besides...the spotlight that Shika and Temari have been given is enough. INo and Shika have never had a spotlight of them both. Also, the connection they have is also somewhat deep. Can't forget that they both made an impression of each other each time they meet. When Shika surrendered, Temari was impressed with the decision and how he fought with her. When Temari saved Shika from Tayuya, he was impressed with how well she fought and how strong she is. Can't forget in the hospital, Temari's way to comfort him.
