Just as a little note, I'm not sure of how many people have actually seen this movie....so you don't have to have seen it to join....just make sure you follow the plot of it.
I wish the goblins wold come and take me away....right now."
Speak these words and you will be magically transported to the underground labyrinth, inhabited soully by goblins and scary little creatures, and ruled by Jareth: the cruel, all powerful goblin king. Speak these words, and you will have thirteen hours in which to solve the labyrinth....or you will become a goblin forever, trapped and never to return.
A few years ago, a young girl named Sarah wished her little brother into the labyrinth and to go through the same, horrible ordeal. Now, in the present day, Sarah cannot prevent others from wishing themselves into this place, and more and more people are being taken away for reasons that nobody knows. Will you solve the Labyrinth in time?....or will you be held there forever.....in which there is no return.

Character descriptions. (This is for those of you who are not familiar with the movie.) Jareth: The Goblin King  Jareth is the ruler of the Labyrinth. He is mysterious and magical...with quite a few tricks up his sleeve. Jareth can be cruel, and were he a normal person, he wouldn't probably be a rock star. Character played by: Sarah  Sarah is around sixteen years old, and she is spoiled and takes everything for granted. Her own catch phrase being, "It's not fair!" In time though, she will discover the importance of what she has to do, and indeed, it will get done. Caharacter played by: Hoggle  Hoggle is a bit of a coward, but he is a true and loyal friend. He also is a pack rat of sorts, and takes great care of his posessions. Ludo  Ludo is very sweet and kind, despite his large size and scary appearance. He is loyal, and is always ready to help a friend. Sir Didymus.  Didymus is a helpful 'knight' who will help and be there for you, whenever you need it. He is outgoing and loud, but would give you the shirt off his back if you asked for it. other characters: I don't like character profiles, so if you could, just describe your character in a first post. Please, no characters that are anything other than a human or goblin. Also, if you want to play a specific character, just let me know! Make sure to include why your character is in the Labyrinth as you go along with the roleplay.

Rules:
No godmoding or cybering of any kind, pleas stick to the Gaian ToS.
Please stick to your character, especially if you are playing someone listed above.
I don't want anyone to be ignored or left out, so make sure this is fun for all of us.
Don't pm me for any reason, just post here on the thread.
And if you have seen Labyrinth, let me know. Also, please don't flame me if I get something wrong.
No killing unless you have permission. Also, no all powerful characters. The only exception for this is Jreth....and even he mut have limits.
As for the plot: anything can happen. The Labyrinth is magical of course.

((Oh maaan has it been forever since I've seen that movie... I've actually been looking for it lately... Anyways I'm joiniiiing!))
Cirena was thinking all day about the rumors of the world that she could enter by just saying a few words. She loved puzzles, and stories that consisted of new discoveries. She knew she could get out easily. She just wanted to try it. So while she was in her room she closed her door, twelve years old and she still didn't have a lock for her own room. She looked around the room of hers and then gave a goodbye, she opened her mouth and said the words outloud. "I wish the goblins would come and take me away." She closed her eyes tight, her stomach tensing up. "Right now!" She said clearly and then felt an odd change in her.
((Now it has been awhile so you'll have to kinda guide me through... xD))

((OMG I LOVE THAT MOVIE!!!!! I like the big beast guy Ludo. he's so cute. and I like the worm! ^_^. If I had seen the movie more often I'd roleplay in here but it's sorta not my kind of rp... But I'll wish you VERY GOOD LUCK!!))

Gwendolyn sat curled up on the couch in her living room, reading the last few lies of a book her friend had given her. "Though my will is as strong as yours....and my kingdom as great, You have no power over me..." she repeated quietly, sighing to herself. "I wish this really worked...but it's only a story..." She then said, remembering how her fellow classmates had taunted her earlier that day, as well as the fight she had with her mother. "I wish the goblins would come and take me away....right now!"

"W... Where am I?" Cirena looked around, but then squealed with glee. "It worked! It worked!" She then realized. "Wait... I only have thirteen hours though.." She looked around. "It's easy... I hope." She thought, though some how her idea wasn't quite as planned.

"I...am....dreaming...." Gwendolyn said quietly, becoming quite dizzy at the moment. "This isn't possible."
"Oh, but everything is possible." Jareth said to her, raising an eyebrow. How do you think you got here?" He looked to the other girl and his lips curved into a small smile. "It's harder than you think....things are not always what they seem in this place."

"You have me to guide you." Cirena grinned at her feeling so special. She then said. "My name's Cirena, what's yours?" She began to lead her in looking in two dirrections, and she then decided the left was the right path to take.
