I would have to say tara. She loved her the most probably and there relationship is so special. I still like Oz and Willow though. Willow and kennedy was ok.

Willow and Terra were the best but willow and oz looked good together
when willow was with kennedy it seemed like it didnt fit

Willow and Tara, hands down. I adored Willow and Oz, but it was. . . different. I liked Oz as a character a lot, but. . . no. Tara.
And I think that she definately loved Tara the most. When Oz left, she did a spell that went horridly wrong and almost got her friends killed. When Tara died, she went homicidal and tried to end the world.

While I did like Oz, and the Oz/Willow coupling, I'd still say Tara and Willow were the best together. They had this whole soulmate-thing going on, which was very sweet.
As for Kennedy.. I don't hate her as a character as much as a lot of people seem to do, but I somehow think her and Willow's relationship won't last that long. Kennedy seemed to be there so Willow could be able to get over Tara and not mourn her forever.

I agree with you there, Deffie. Kennedy's purpose in the show was to get Willow out of her funk.
And to answer your question, zach, I don't entirely hate Kennedy as a character. I think she can be obnoxious at times, but then again, I've never been too fond of most of the main characters. Ask me my not-so-popular opinion on Willow or Buffy sometime. I just hate her with Willow. Willow wouldn't have looked twice at her a year before this, Tara or no Tara. It was forced, and. . . *sighs* It just grates, you know?

Tara. It was so cute in the musical when Tara was singing to Willow. Oz was cool, but not as cute as Willow and Tara were. Kennedy was just a beeyotch. I hate her.
