There are some things people should know about RPing before we get started. If you've been If you are typing OOC, (Out Of Character.) then please say so. This could be done any number of ways, from ---> ((OOC stuff here.)) or just plain old ---> OOC: OOC stuff here. If this doesn't make sense then please ask in the appropriate thread.
No godmodding in any RP, period. No auto-hitting or missing. Post the attack, then the hit. You should give them appropriate time to respond as well. Also, don't cry auto-something if they come up with a legitimate reason as to why the attack would have hit or missed. The way I see it, if you swing at someone and they come up with a reason as to why you miss, you miss. Don't be a pansy it happens. The same goes for hitting, if someone posts an attack in such a way as to have no recourse but to hit, you've just been hit. It needs to be realistic though.
Don't do repeat RP's, if you have something that's the same genre that's ok, but try to avoid it if possible, just don't copy the plot it's frustrating to the person who created the original thread. Like you could have two inns a fairly freestyle RP depending, but don't copy the fact that they have oh say a pool, or a dueling yard...stuff like that obviously there are going to similarities. Be original there are enough ideas running around out there to come up with your own.
Post your character profile in the proper thread. Do not post it in the RP thread unless the thread creator says so, that and you might want to post it in the character thread anyway if a thread is deleted while you're gone you have a back up of your character.
If you are in an RP be active, it’s not fair to leave it hanging. I also give the runner of the RP the ability to play around your character, if it’s mid conversation resolve it somehow or to write out your character. Game runners do not abuse this privilege state how long an unacceptable absence is in the rules for your RP. If there is no limit stated you can’t ban someone based on that alone. You can retroactively set or change a time limit but if you set one you have to wait the set amount of time before you can remove people from the RP.
