So this thought keeps occurring to me, thousands of innocent bystanders always either vanish or get crushed/burned/killed in various other methods in all kinds of movies and books, yet are always back for the sequel...How do they survive?

With the innocent bystander kit!TM

What would this include?
Automatic scream recorder (you can only scream the first few thousand times before you lose your voice)

(Please add other things to the kit.)
