Alright everybody, this is an Rp where you can use made-ups or be a main character. All you have to do is read the rules and we'll be ready to go.->
Rules:
1. No godmodding or auto hits. Be fair about this.
2. Nothing over PG 14.
3. PM Rale_Shir if you want to be a made-up. Post if you want to be a normal character.
4. No *'s for actions.
5. Have fun. It's one of the greatest animes ever.

gun- I am very skilled and accurate. Simply deadly. But I only use it in a situation when someone is actually trying to murder me
combat- I am a blackbelt in both ninjitsu and Goju Ryu karate. Ninjitsu is the marial art of ninjas. Goju Ryu is a style of karate that focuses on close range battles. It is a combo of both attacks and blocks. Ninjitsu is more stelth, it is more sneaky and is mostly far away attacks such as throwing knives. It is not much use in a battle.
sword- I trained with the best. I use it for hunting and when my oponent is also armed with a weapon.
Bio: I am a state alchemist but is more of a wanderer. I am very skilled at alchemly and so I got in. I wander the country, making life however better I can for the people. When I do make contact with the state it is normally for a mission or a request for permission to do something important. I have been with the state for 5 years now and have helped many people. The only reason why I wanted to be with the state is because with the watch I can go almost anywhere. It also boosts my alchemly. In some areas I am known as the miricle doctor.
Extra info you think we need to know: I do not need a transmutation circle unlike begginner alchemists. I can heal anything, as long as the victem is still alive. Do not even try to make me bring something back to life, it just isn't possible. Also I cannot contruct things out of thin air, I need materials of the same principals as what you want me to contruct. This is the founding law of alchemy, called equivelent exchange. There is no way past is. For minor things I use a red stone, but only for healing. This is a false imitation of the Philosopher's Stone, which I can bypass all laws of alchemy. I do not seek the true stone because is is made with live humans. The difference between my stone and the true stone is that this one could reach its limit at any time and turn on me. I only use only in extreme cases of doctoring.

Weapons: A Katana, .357 Magnum (consealed), and as far as Alchemy weapons, transmuting weapons and his arm goes into
a Adamant blade(like Ed)
Bio: Kanzen Elric is the son of Hohenheim and Trisha Elric. He is also the brother to Edward and Alphonse. He joined the military and the State Alchemists when he was 12 and a half. He was able to make it in barely of his last minute idea to wear a glove (much like Roy's) with an Transmutation circle written on it. He made it in and moved up in ranks to Colonel when he heard of his mother's death. He wrote to his brothers to make sure it was all right. When he heard they went off to train with a teacher he figured they'd be fine. So he continued with work and he became a Brigadier General when he got a letter from Ed asking him to come to Resembool to help him bring their mother back. So he went and when he saw them he told them what was going to happen. And when Ed disregarded the warning Kanzen helped supervise the experiment and mix the elements together. When the transmutation began he wondered what would happen. And (as you know) then the transmutation went horribly wrong! The power of the gate drew in Ed's leg and Alphonses body. As Kanzen ran to grab Al, a beam of silver blue shot out of the gate and engulfed his arm. He lost his origional arm and gained a new one. A crystalline one. Made of pure Adamant Crystal (a substance familiar to the Inuyasha Storyline. Hosenki controlled it in the graveyard of the border between Earth and the Afterlife. The crystal is nearly unbreakable and is very deadly in quanity strikes!) As he lost his arm he gained the ability to transmute without a circle (or an Array, which ever you like to call it). Same went for Ed. After that Ed went to join the State and Kanzen went back to his spot now with a few new objectives. To find the Philosophers Stone to restore his brother and himself. And to keep his brothers out of Deadly Danger. Since those days he's advanced to Lieutennant General and Ed hasn't grown much (hahaha).
Extra info you think we need to know: Hates the Homunculi and will put aside all shedules to kill them. His technique to using Alchemy is 1. How Ed does and 2. Snapping his fingers to transmute.

Bio: HAs died 15 times thanx to ultimate eye guy(forgot his name). But keeps coming back to life. He is about 120 years old according to what i know and is the ultimate shield.He is a rebel and even his comrades as in Lust,envy ect. Are scard of him. HEhe

Bio: is one of the oldest Homunculus created. He was created by Hohemheim and abandoned shortly after. For this he despises him and wishes to kill him and Ed and Al. Envy was Hohemheim and Dante's son who had died of mercury poisoning.
Envy tends to be the hard-a** of all the Homunculi. More so than Wrath even. Envy gets angered especially when the name Elric is mentioned. Envy plays the executioner a lot throughout the series. He is able to do this due to his Homunculus ability to shape-shift.
As stated, Envy was the child of Hohemheim and Dante, and when Envy died of Mercury poisioning, they attempted to bring Envy back, but Hohemheim abandoned his attempts and left. That is why Envy loaths the Elric name.
Envy's true form is actually not the one most commonly seen. In one of the last episodes, he shows Ed his true face, and reveals that he is Ed and Al's half-brother. He looks surprisingly like Hohemheim. He probably no longer uses this form because of that. Apparently, his name when he was a human was William and he died of mercury poisoning. In his true form, his eyes are gold and his hair is blonde.

Bio: Azriel's father was a great alchemist for the state but retired when his wife died in child birth. when azriel was young his father carved transmutation circles into the back of azriel's hands. because of this azriel can use alchemy without a circle. azriel was kicked out of home at 16 after having a disagreemeant with his father. he went to central and signed up to take the state alchemist exam. he passed easily and has been serving the state since. his title is "the scared alchemist" due to the scars on his hands.

Bio: Rai was trained but his father to help the State. Rai work hard on his swordsmenship so someday he could help them. He was kick out, when his father was in a drunken rage. Rai ran away to central and got a job working for them and has been for the past 5 years. got the title "the soulless swordsmen" because he shows close to no emotion in and out of combat. Rai has a soft spot for dogs and cats.

Bio: Aki aka The Ruby Alchemist , was living a happy life with her younger sister, Mika, untill her parents died of a strange illness. She became a state alchemist at the age of 12. She first met Edward when they were assigned a mission together. She is pretty smart, and the Red Crystal on her neck is the Crystalized red water. She does not use the power of the red water to kill, but to heal. She lost one arm and both her legs when she was in a deadly fight.She made the auto mail before she lost her arm and legs. She usually makes wepons out of dimond.
Extra info you think we need to know: She gets really pissed if you call her a sissy. She will usually beat you up. She hates Roy the flame alchemist because he never tells any one that she's a state alchemist, so she plays alot of jokes on him i.e. washing his gloves, and taking them or using them against him (bwahahahaha).She can do a transmution without a transmutation circle. She is sometimes known as the Full Mental Alchemist since she crazy most of the time

Bio: Her father died when she was 12 and she never met her mother. She is currently living by herself in a small appartment in central but she grew up in Resembool. She is very messy and is neat at the same time. She also has made friends with Edward and Alphonse.

She is really fast, is 5'4, only child, has yellow eyes, red hair (like my avi's), and she wears navy blue shorts, matching shirt and gloves, and black army boots, very intrapersonal (meaning doesnt talk bout herself), lives in central by herself in a small home (only one floor), only has to clap hands to transmute (like Edward).
