The Rules are Clearly Stated here and can be questioned as often as someone would like, though I doubt any will change.

#1: Using Magic Aginst another student without the presence of a supervisor is Strictly Forbidden.
#2: What ever a Teacher or the Head Master says must be done.
#3: Lights out is 11 o'clock on the Dot.
#4: No one is allowed out of their dorm after 9 o'clock.
#5: Men are not allowed into the Girl's Dorm and Vice Versa. Anyone Caught disobeying with be given Detention.
#6: Fights are Allowed so Long as a Supervising Teacher is Present.
#7: Obey Guild Rules.
#8: When you RP you RP in the Third Person.
