I'm kinda spazzing out today for some reason (blame it on the caffine in my allergy medicine, seriously), so I appologize about the title... being all accusing and whatnot.
But does anybody here like to read?
I like those really long series that have like 7 books in it.
The Dark Tower series by Stephen King is pretty much deserving of worship.
If you've read it, please pm me so we can have a dorky conversation together about it.
But I think that we should have some sort of book discussion here. Books are entertainment, no?
If it's a semi-popular book, I've probably read it too. Maybe. So we can discuss.

Books are SO cool, i read all the time, im like a book aholic (sp??). Ive read almost every book out there, or at least it feels like it.

Gnome_leader Books are SO cool, I read all the time, I'm like a book aholic (sp?? You got me on that one too... sweatdrop ). I've read almost every book out there, or at least it feels like it. ( Some or most of the above may be me lying . biggrin ) You'll thank me when you're older.

I love Kurt Vonnegut!
Though he was on acid during much of his career and because of that some of his plots are crazy as hell...
I also love Ray Bradbury (Fahrenheit 451 is a must) and Nick Hornby.

My mom doesn't want to let me. She said it was innapropriate. stare
But we've been reading some short stories by him in Honors English.

i lvoe books..well the long series ones like you said. Like the Harry Potter series. I lvoe that series. J.k Rowlign refused to get on a plane because she had her 7th book with her and she wasn't allowed to have a caryr on but she didn't want any of the luggage peopel to read it..I wonder if she ever got on the plane...hmm
but have any of you ever read BLUE IS FOR NIGHTMARES, SILVER IS FOR SECRETS, WHITE IS FOR MAGIC, and RED IS FOR REMEBRANCE(sp)..I odn't think I put them in order but BLUE IS FOR NIGHTMARES is the first in the series..they were really goood books
have any of you read THE GOLDEN COMPASS? i heard it was good but haven't had a chance to read it yet...
