Just as the title states. What made you like/love/obsess about Temari x Shikamaru? Was it a particular scene in the manga, an episode in the anime? The pretty fanart? :D?
For myself, it was when Temari first saved Shikamaru's a** from Tayuya. INSTANT LOVE. I didn't really ship Shikamaru with anybody up to that point, but zow. Temari pwning Tayuya and then showing Shikamaru her scary smile.

Just awesome. I've never gotten into a pairing so quickly. heart

.-[Teh Temari]-. Something funny: Well, I was called Temari before I started likeing Shikamaru or suporting ShikaTema. When I did fall in love with him I oddly fell inlove with the ShikaTema pairing as well, so sometimes It somewhat works both ways for me. ^^ (congratz to you if you understood that)

Yesh. Right when Temari saved Shika from Tayuya is when I started seeing the sparks between them. Shika's face and all of his facial expressions towards Temari made me put the seal that he felt something towards her. That she wasn't an ordinary girl. Also, when Shika is sad about Chouji and failing the mission, Temari comforted him. That's when I noticed that Shika meant something for Temari. Yesh! They are SO canon! Is obvious!!! They both acknowledge each other and they have such a connection between them! I just love them together and they are perfect for each other!

During their chuunin exam match, I noticed how similarily they were when it came to formulating a strategy (even though Shikamaru is better). As well as the fact that I really liked Temari after watching her prelim match against Tenten. It just went uphill from that point on until I saw the Tayuya fight which sealed the deal as far as I'm concerned.

To tell the truth... I was a ShikaIno fan before I became a ShikaTema fan... D:
I probably became a fan of the coupling after seeing a couple fanarts and just thinking how cute it was...
But it was probably the scene where Shikamaru cries that really got me as well... XD
And then I started to think that Temari was the only one that was suited for Shikamaru... >_< Ino's too annoying for him. (InoxChou all the way!!)
XD But now whenever I see those scenes between Temari and Shikamaru when rewatching the series... I squeel. >_<

awww, me too. I loved that scene and it was all emotional because his father was calling him a coward and telling him he wasn't a real man... poor Shika-kun

I started liking them together even before I saw them fight each other and all the good stuff after that ... idk I just think they're cute together and couple is very probable 3nodding

[ -Be yourself, don't take anyone's s**t, and never let them take you alive- ]The second he made the decision to let her "win" their match. I can think of at least two ways off the top of my head with which he could have easily beaten her. But he didn't. ^^
Also, it's one of the only couples that makes sense. They actually willingly spend time with each other outside of ninjaing and the like.

i think i got into this coupling because of the fight between Tayuya and Shikamaru then when Temari was trying to comfort Shikamaru then i saw their connection
