Actually, no. There's only one of them you can save. Well... technically four, but if you do that you miss part of the movie. Or you could save ALL of them at the beginning, but then there's not even a movie to watch O.O Besides, you don't even know what will happen when you pick something.

The movie is cruel, but the choices don't make it any crueler. It's basically the same movie no matter what you do. Just a few, usually minor, differences. It's just like a choose your own adventure book... just a bit more graphic. And gory.
