I know That... But theres like two new spheres at each end of it now, I haven't read any on the chapters after the Skypeia arc

those spheres could be dials of some sort, because they resemble the sphere on the end of Ohm's sword.

Nami reveals her new clima tact at the start of the Enies Lobby arc. It is stronger than the old one and has spheres at regular intervals along it (Take a look on the front page, or the first banner in the banner thread for a basic look at it).
And yeah, Usopp upgraded it using dials he gained from Skypiea.

well Eison Dials give your sword / staff the ability to change into different things for example, a wall fork or whip.

It is the Perfect Clima Tact. It doesn't have any crazy dials so far. It does all the things the basic Clima Tact does, only better. For instance, the lightning balls are actually able to do damage themselves, rather than having to rely on the Lightning Tempo. She also doesn't have to blow through them anymore.
