If you're going to be a moderator (this does apply to everyone, but it's especially important to moderators), STOP ******** SPAMMING EVERY ******** THREAD. I don't like deleting posts, but it's really starting to piss me off. If I see pointless s**t in threads that weren't created to be spammed in, I will delete them (the posts, not the thread). Threads that are actually created for spamming I consider fine, but you'd have to take that up with Fluffy.
Moderators: If you don't stop being such petty assholes (i.e. deleting each others posts), you WILL be removed from the Crew. You will also be removed if you use your powers for your own benefit; editing someone else's post when it isn't necessary is an example.
Now, to what you were all waiting for me to go on about, thread deletion. You CANNOT delete a thread just because YOU don't like a subject matter. If that was the case, I would delete most of the threads in this guild, simply because I don't like them. (Please note that many of my threads are intended to be humourous. The "dog ********" conversation was posted because I thought it may have given someone a laugh; hell, I know that myself and Teika got a fair few laughs out of it.) Also:

It would probably be best to take any queries to Fluffy (should there be a thread that may warrant a deletion). I haven't discussed this with Fluffy, but it's up to him.
I don't like enforcing rules too much, but it's beginning to get out of hand. I'd like the rules here to be fairly lax, but the spam and s**t is making me want to not visit this place anymore. I'm just going to ******** off back to the Chatterbox if things don't start to change (spam reduced, pettiness reduced, and more intelligence is shown from the moderators). Some of your have to sort your s**t out.
I'm going to make this thread a temporary announcement, so that it isn't buried under all the spam.
