This has been bugging me since I played Xenosaga I, but the parts where KOS-MOS' eyes turn blue... why does that happen?! And the angel wings at the end confused me badly as well, although they were extremely cool!

Angel wings are actually just energy in the form of wings
KOS-MOS's eyes turn blue because of the Black Boxes in her- telling you anything more would be a MAJOR spoiler for episode three. so, you'll have to wait, or ask. lol
oh, and while KOS-MOS blue eyes look better because of the outfit, i liked the red ones better, what do i choose? sad

I like the red eyes as well, but blue does look nice with her outfit. *sigh* Well I guess I'll try to wait patiently for Ep. 3. Interesting about the wings though! I though chaos had given her some of his otherworldly powers or something like that but I guess I was wrong smile

A lot of people think that, and hey- that could be WHY they took that shape, but it's true that they're energy.
I really don't know or care, all i need to know is that they're made of energy and are to protect the elsa, if they look like wings because chaos helped her, that's just fine and dandy. :p
