So, is anyone else a fan of them? I think they're great. Their first album, Turn on the Bright Lights, is awesome. Antics is more upbeat, but it's still great. It's definitely one of the best albums of 2004. On the topic of Interpol, I absolutely love them. I saw 'em live at Curiosa this summer, and it was just amazing. I really can't wait for Antics to come out!

naal Uhm. I think this is a perfectly acceptable thread. Seeing as there is a Pixies thread, among other band threads, this shouldn't be any different.
On the topic of Interpol, I absolutely love them. I saw 'em live at Curiosa this summer, and it was just amazing. I really can't wait for Antics to come out! You're so lucky that you went to Curiosa. I really wanted to go! And I can't really wait for Antics.

I like all the songs, but my most favorites are: "Narc", "Take You on a Cruise", "Public Pervert", and "Slow Hands".

Those are really great songs. I'm starting to like Antics more than Turn on the Bright Lights. Carlos D's bass is so much better in Antics.

Yeah, Antics seems more like dance music, which I like. All the songs just pick me up and make me want to bounce around. I listen to the CD when I'm trying to wake up in the morning. XD
And a lot of other times too. Like right now. Also when I'm supposed to be writing papers.
Haha, I just caught myself head-bopping. >.<
The music just does that to you.
