just wondering what you think and your thoughts and feelings are on the issue of gays in the church.

personally...im bi but i believe in christ and have accepted him into my heart...so dont go too harsh...pls.

I have a gay brother and gay friends however I don't believe a gay person (or bi) person can get into heaven. I believe if you are gay or bi you can turn from the sin and go to the right lifestyle and get into heaven. But accept Jesus in your heart and still be gay and get into heaven? No. And this is why.

1 Corinthians 6:9-10
Don't you know that those who do wrong will have no share in the Kingdom of God? Don't fool yourselves. Those who indulge in sexual sin, who are idol worshipers,adulterers, male prostitutes, homosexuals,
theives, greedy people, drunkards, abusers, and swindlers-none of these will have a share in the Kingdom of god.

There it clearly states if you are gay(bi) you can't get into the Kingdom of God. And yes I know people can be saved and repent...But if you truely loved God and had repented why are you still repeating the same sin cycle and not turning from your sinful ways? Being saved is taking that U-turn away from sin and trying to be Christ like. Christ never once said this sin is starting to be accepted so my Father in heaven will accept even if he doesn't approve of it. If God says it's sin, it's sin. And the cost of sin is death. Unless you accept Jesus, repent for your sins, and turn away from those sins, and become Christ like. Are we going to fall and mess up? Yes but a wonderful song put it like this "A thousand times I've failed
Still Your mercy remains And should I stumble again
I'm caught in Your grace"

1 Corinthians 6:11
There was a time when some of you were just like that, but now your sins have been washed away, and you have been set apart for God. You have been made right with God because of what the Lord Jesus Christ and the Spirit of our God have done for you.

It says all that above in the first verse of scripture is sin but it can be washed away. But that sin is washed away, there WERE like that but when the accepted Jesus, God washed away that sin and they were no longer like that.

I don't support gays in their lifestyles. Never will accept or approve or understand it. Don't go for God made me like this. Because we are all born into sin and have the capacity to be gay. God made me with the same capacity to turn Gay or Bi like anyone else but I CHOSE not to. The same way people CHOOSE to be it. Have I had thoughts before? Yes but everyone does at one point, but I know my God and know his law. But that doesn't mean I shut out gay people or bi people. Like I said my brother is gay and he's my twin. I still love him and show him love and talk to him about God and invite him to church. We hang out and stuff and talk still...But he knows I disapprove of the gay lifestyle. I dislike his behavior but I love him. But in the end I don't believe gays and bi people will get into heaven. Based on the scripture I just shared.

I really don't believe in Bisexuality, I really think it's just a state of mind,lusting after both genders, but anyways you can have Bisexual christians yea, but not ones that stay in the sin happily, the point of being a christian, is to repent of ones sins, and repentance starts in the heart not in action....well action later, but yea so if you want to go to church and you want to stay Bi(not recommended) please don't Bi up the place.

And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselfs that recompence of their error which is meet.

(If your involved with homosexuality, it's coming from your lust. not God.and is unseemly.)

Levitcus 18:22
Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: It is abomination.

(God also goes on to say that if a nation does this it will be defiled, and the land itself vomiteth out it's inhabatants.it also is an abomination and defiles yourself, and is compared to lieing with an animal.)

i think you can go to heaven if your bi or gay, but let me forwarn you though, if your gay your probably going to have an early death. and when you die God is going to have some things to say to you.

Ok, I am in no way wanting to offend anyone. I dont believe there is such thing as BIsexual...People can say that, and even be convinced of it, but I don't believe it exists...it is all in ones head...

Right. I myself have no gay friends. But, I do believe they can repent. I believe that even the thought are bad because it is lusting after another person of one's own sex. It's wrong to lust after someone of the opposite sex.
